I walked in to the store in a grumpy and left smiling. Dale served me and was great. He was nice and added humour and the group in the back making the order were quick and accurate with my order!!
There's a fella named Dale who works most mornings and always has a sense of humour, and brings the room to life. The rest of the staff usually partakes in the positivity and you're usually leaving with a smile.
Dale at the levesque location in sudbury had the best customer service ive ever dealt with at tim hortons, deffinatly reccomend this man as manager. Need more people like him!
