I don't write reviews but my dear grandfather had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons today, and I just had to share it. Even though my grandpa cannot speak or listen, the kind barista named Khushboo made his visit really special. She greeted him with a warm smile and thanked him in American Sign Language (ASL). It meant the world to him! Khushboo's patience and helpfulness in taking his order were truly heartwarming. It's moments like these that restore your faith in humanity....read full review
