We always use the app to order ahead, and we’re never disappointed. We order at least a half hour in advance, more if we can, and I do feel a bit guilty for skipping the lineup.

Michelle and Ariel at the Sydenham location are amazing, they make it a very pleasant atmosphere and make your sub exactly to specifications. I would recommend this location out of any in the Kingston and surrounding area!
The two young men who served my granddaughter and I today were amazing. Very patient with an 8 year old deciding her order. Very polite and friendly fellows. Thank you As well the store was very clean and comfortable. I wl definitely visit again.

Best artisan subs we have ever had. Easily the best subway in the entire region. The employee that made it is easily a professional. Hats off to him! We will be travelling the 2 and a half hours every time we want subway from meow on. Sydenham Subway, you're the example of how a subway sub should be. Well done!

The sub I received from this soulfully beautiful employee was a 30 minute collaborative endeavour. Not only did this employee help make personal my dream sub a perfect reality but he did it with a smile on his face the whole way through. By the end of this adventure of a sub order we had truly bonded over our collaborative effort and he even offered and through in whole a free milk. This employees name is Dawson Fox and I do believe he should be promoted or given an employee of the year status. I love him.

Sub had no bacon when I literally ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap. Do better Danish.
Normally it is good, but this time I ordered rotisserie chicken sub and they forgot to put the chicken in and when I reminded them , they were a little ancy

I love their pop machines. I'd never heard of some of the flavours before! Big let down that half of the flavour selection was greyed out.Subs were good. As ordered if I recall. No complaints.
