In middle of nowhere. Good service
Got very sick from the sub I ate.....
I visit this location frequently, the manager is great she always goes above and beyond for us, however I visited the location today and had a bigger Indian lady serving us who had absolutely zero personality or people skills who should not be the face of the company, we had asked her to add a few things to the sandwich and seemed as though it was a major inconvenience with her rolling her eyes as she said maybe one word the whole interaction. I should’ve left instead of ordering and will leave in the future if she is working. This behaviour should not be acceptable.

I placed an online order and came into the restaurant to wait patiently for my order to be made as I always do. When I walked in I kindly greeted the staff who had already started preparing my order. Everything was going well, but at the end I noticed she forgot to grill press my sandwich so I asked kindly if she could grill it which she did. At the end of the preparation in a frustrating tone she told her colleague who was waiting for the order to finish that she is not used to being stared at while preparing an online order, to that I said “excuse me, did I do something wrong?” She ignored me, I then asked her colleague what did I do wrong, I’m just standing here? I tried to ask her what was wrong but the frustrated staff continued to just ignore me as if I’m not there.
At no time did I demand or ask anything, I just patiently waited while she made my order. I don’t understand what warranted that behaviour and comment to me. I come here almost every other week and have always had amazing service till now. It’s definitely very disappointing and insulting to be treated this way, when all I did was wait patiently for my order.
I have to ask, what is the difference between coming in-person and directing the staff on what to add in your sandwich, and placing an order online and then just patiently wait for the staff to make it that justifies expression of frustration towards me from the staff?
I’ve been to a lot of Subway’s. For some reason, the employees at this location makes the best subs. 5/5 in my books.

We always use the app to order ahead, and we’re never disappointed. We order at least a half hour in advance, more if we can, and I do feel a bit guilty for skipping the lineup.

Michelle and Ariel at the Sydenham location are amazing, they make it a very pleasant atmosphere and make your sub exactly to specifications. I would recommend this location out of any in the Kingston and surrounding area!

The two young men who served my granddaughter and I today were amazing. Very patient with an 8 year old deciding her order. Very polite and friendly fellows. Thank you As well the store was very clean and comfortable. I wl definitely visit again.
