“Had lunch with friends today and I could say it's one of the best Mexican restaurant in Kingston, I love the seafood paella and thier quesadilla kids meal is great. Our server is really nice I forgot his name but the hostess wasn't so pleasant, my son was sleepy he wasn't crying but making noises and I saw the glare the hostess gave our table.Need more customer service training. But overall it's a good meal.”

“We stop in here when we visit Kingston because the food is just so good! The portions are large and the food is always so flavourful and great tasting. They are always so nice, we stopped in late tonight and they gave us a soup sample while we waited because I ordered a kebab which takes a little longer to cook which was so kind and you can tell just how much pride they have in their cooking. Will be back again as always!”

Her creative vision was so incredible when we needed to create a cohesive look with different colours of icing and buttercream. It was also wonderful to be able to provide vegan and gluten-free treats to accommodate our guests with dietary restrictions. We were so happy with how everything turned out, and are so grateful for the effort Becca put into making our cakes so magical.”

Whenever I travel to Kingston for shopping I have to stop here and grab a slice.Plenty of options on the menu and they also deliver (a hard service to find once you start driving north of the 401 in Ontario). They always have plenty of options for slices, and they've never been out when I stop in. They carry a large selection of beverages including specialty sodas that are easy to find.Whether your looking for a pizza, pasta or standard fare, they have it.They're receipts are also a menu, very handy. And you can collect and save the menus for free pizza too.? ? ? ? ?”

We placed a large order with short notice, and as we were stopping by during a long road trip had no other option but to pick up the bread at an inconvenient hour for Pamela Ann.She was super accommodating, fulfilling the order in super quick turnaround, but also allowing us to pick up our order when any other baker would have laughed in our face.So, we get A+ service before we even try the Banana Bread. How's the Banana bread?A++++ Plus. Seriously. It's super good. Definitely worth the drive, and you gotta remember, that drive for me was from Toronto to Montreal and back to Toronto. The attendant was very pleasant and answered all my (newbie) A&W questions regarding the menu. “I used the drive through this morning and asked for a Roasted Hazelnut Latte. The young lady serving me was confused by my request and indicated there was no button for that but she would have them put hazelnut syrup in my coffee. I became a little short with her and for that I wish to apologize. I would ask you share my apology to her. It was not her fault the system had been changed and the latte removed from the menu. She did her best to accommodate me and my response should have been thank you and not a curt response as I did. I respect your employees and will be more thoughtful next time round.”
