Printer kiosk out of paper, kiosk will sell you items that are not available or sold out, and no organization whatsoever for mobile ordering. Basically anybody can just take your stuff or vice versa. Also, if you're going to substitute my items with something else, at least ask me first. Nobody cares here, probably because it's an on-route location and it's the only one around.
Worst customer service. The lady at the counter was rude and unresponsive. You don't have to smile, but atleast don't behave rudely. Time was 1am Monday, September 4th. Whoever is on that shift, please teach her some manners.

It was a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons Onroute Nepanee Highway 401. The steeped tea was cold and taste like an expired tea. The bagel was burnt and was also tasted like an old bread. Such a waste of time and money. Customer service was at its worst. Please respect people’s time and money.
