“Passing through Stratford on Labour Day, decided to stop here for food. Great decision!! Excellent quality food and the people here are friendly! Genuine personalities and the selection of baked goods in the coolers at the counter were pretty tantalizing (can't have them due to watching diabetes). The omelette was very very good. “We usually get pepperoni pizza from Gino’s Pizza, but this time we tried the tandoori chicken pizza for a change. It was absolutely delicious! The flavors were amazing, and we really enjoyed it.

The customer service was great too! Aaran, the staff member who helped us, was super friendly and took the time to explain the different pizza options. He made the experience even better with his excellent service.

“I can’t say enough good things about Tito’s! I’ve been a regular for a while, and they never disappoint. Recently, there was a mix-up with my order—there was a miscommunication with the front of house and another customer accidentally took it home—but the owner (great guy) went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they remake my entire order, but they also refunded me! Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, and the quality of the food is always amazing. This is why Tito’s remains my favourite pizza joint in New Hamburg!“
