Just a tiny little spot in Thamesford....stopped and got a slice and pop. Pizza was Delicious. Topping were top-notch and the crust was like foccacia. Would definitely stop in again!

Pizza was not great... About a year ago we bought some AMAZING pizza from here, last two times (most recent being September) pizza was straight up awful. Please PLEASE put sauce on your pizzas. It's basically dough, cheese and toppings. No flavor... And I'm not sure who the lady in there was, but it seemed I ruined her day when I came in to pick-up the pizza... Very uncomfortable interaction.

Owner/manager would light up a room ....NOT . She has no people skills what ever . When you come in , it's like you are inconvenience to her .

Probably one of the worst slices I’ve ever tasted. They just sit in the warming chamber, and didn’t get reheated before serving. It was barely luke warm when I ate it.

This is some of the best pizza I’ve had and I always try to support local (even if that means paying up - which you definitely do at this place), but after ordering from Thamesford Pizza countless times I have yet to have a decent interaction with who I’m assuming is the manager. I called to place an order for delivery around noon on a Saturday and wow did I ever get snapped at… rather than politely informing me that they do not offer delivery services during the day I was told “we don’t do delivery during the day, we never have”. I should have ended the call right then and there as I was shocked that someone would be speaking to a customer in such a tone, but decided to continue placing my order. I was then rudely informed that they don’t do substitutions on monthly specials - this in itself is no problem at all as I was simply asking if the substitution was possible, it was the incredibly snarky manner in which the response was given. My father and sister went to pick up the pizza and they too were surprised at the less than friendly service that they received as she huffed, puffed and tossed metal trays around. I will give credit where it is due, the young guy who delivers is always friendly and pleasant and I have never received a pizza that wasn’t fully loaded with toppings. I am always able to justify paying their higher prices as I know I will receive a good quality pizza. I would STRONGLY suggest that the owner remove the miserable grump from all duties related to customer service as after reading multiple reviews and comments on Facebook posts she seems to be a significant reason that people won’t order from Thamesford Pizza going forward.
