“Ordered panzos last night, order was messed up and ended up with bbq sauce inside and that is not what was ordered, called the store once we realized and they claim thats what was on the order...I have a picture of the order and no where says bbq sauce! Called customer service and they claimed the same thing! Well no where on my order does it say bbq! They sent a new one and charged us $19 for the replacement instead of trying to be helpful and fix the mess up! Absolutely unacceptable! I AM happy to update my review as the store has been very good and looked into what happened and has tried to make it right!!! Thank you Ginos”

“Made a reservation earlier this week for just over 40 ppl for my sons whole team. Very accommodating and very friendly! Got the kids order first before they started the adults!! My Alfredo was a bit dry (but could have just been personal preference), the whole team loved their meal!! Will definitely come again! Thank you again!!”

“Stopped in to get a sub with my mom and the young man who was working was amazing! He was just finishing up with another customer who was very rude making him a little shaken up. When it was our turn to order we told him to take a minute we are in no rush. While he was making our order the previous customer came back to yell at him asking for the manager and getting him all upset again. He provided great customer service and made our subs perfect! It's unfortunate that some customers like to make the workers feel overwhelmed. Please tell him thank you, it's never easy to stay focused while having a rude customer interrupt other customers time. He did say he only had 2 weeks left, we wish him the best on his future endeavours.”

“WOW!!! Was so surprised to get such great Chinese in little Dorchester!! The Gen. Tso’s chicken and Pork in Garlic sauce were so delicious. I have lived in NYC, Lon UK and Hong Kong. This place rivaled many of my favorite locals. And the portions were HUGE. I was so surprised by my experience since some of the other reviews were so negative. I can’t understand because I am already looking forward to my next order - after I finally finish my leftovers…..”
