Just go to the next nearest timhortans the Indian staff who bullied me, she had such a attitude and argued with me for 30 minutes I got late for work because she wouldn’t let me leave although she ruined my order two times !!!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Let me advise you that if passing through thamesford, get your coffee or snack either before or after. I have now learnt my lesson, I shall never return to that store again. The past two encounters have simply destroyed my ability to assume it was an “off encounter” and the service could not possibly be that bad. I tried!…. But upon notifying the staff of a mistake or possible miscommunication, I was left the being starred down by not only the manager, but the rest of the staff behind the counter…. Stating I ate too much of the finger food to complain? Or that I was incorrect? This was not just once, this was me returning back into the store three times to have them right the order, at which time they seemed at the end of their patience???? I am the one paying for an order that I relayed properly without hesitation or slurred speech, ofcourse I am talking of breakfast. At which time I changed the location I went to for the next month or so and was running to stradford and forgot about the experience. Perhaps they didn’t? Because the service was again unreal in the incompetence, and they then proceeded to charge me for stating my order incorrectly, I didn’t even argue, what’s the sense, these people are without fault apparently. You the customer are in a different country when entering there, because the customer of “the customer is always right” certainly does not apply their…

Recently visited this location and served by Harjit Kaur. My experience was really good. She was so active, polite and attentive to me. I had new biscoff iced coffee with bagel.

Multiple times I have come here around 7pm and there is no decaf and they dont want to make it, or no hot chocolate because they don't want to clean the machine, or non serviceable bathrooms (which require them to close the Cafe yet it was open). They are not very accommodating.

I visited Tim Hortons with my family, and this was an absolutely terrible experience. About 10 employees were standing behind the counter doing nothing — no greeting, no service, just ignoring customers completely. When I finally managed to order a hot chocolate for my child, it was nothing but colored water — no taste, no texture, just disgusting. It’s shocking to see such disrespect and carelessness from the staff. If this is how this location operates, someone from management seriously needs to step in. This kind of attitude and product quality completely ruins the reputation of Tim Hortons.

Today I placed online order and pick my order from drive through, when i ask for my order on drive through they said they didn’t got any order but i actually placed the order and i keep saying my order number and name still they say no theres no order, when i pull out my car to window then they gave me coffee and not only this i am lactose intolerant person and i clearly choose a option in my order Lactose free protein dairy beverage option but they put normal milk in coffee so o find this is health and safety concern for me i feel coffee’s taste so weird and it feels like i lose my money and ended up with no coffee for a day. Very sad experience for me.
