You know what they say about ski lodge food? Well, this was a welcome exception! First off, we came on a weekday and skiing conditions weren’t great - so no wait at all. Then, they really got poutine - it was hot and delicious from the first bite to the last (and most ski lodges get poutine wrong). Finally the soup special (mushroom bisque) was just perfect. And kiddo loved his Mountain Burger.
Great service, liked the fact that they give you a number for a table so it isn't a free for all. The staff are are great and did was decent and the atmosphere was really good.
I thought $13 was a bit steep for a pulled pork poutine but the pork was nice, plentiful, and juicy, fries were crispy, gravy was PERFECT. Nice cheese curds too. Top 3 poutines of all time, for me. What else can you ask for, really?
