Drinks, service and atmosphere is consistently good in almost every location. I love that you can ask for very specific customizations and where other places may be annoyed, Starbucks welcomes it. Some wait times can be quite long so be sure to order ahead through the app! The app is fairly intuitive and user friendly.
Super busy location. They need a better system as to how they prepare the drinks. I stood for about 20 minutes for two drinks. They kept taking order even though the people making the drinks were so far behind.
If you're going to Starbucks, you usually know what you are getting. On this occasion, it wasn't until after I paid and was waiting for my drink to be made that I was told they did not have skim milk. It happens when they run out and I get it. But the SAME person who took my order, then told me down at the end where you pick up the drinks, that the skim milk didn't come in the order. So, he knew when he took my order and said nothing. Disappointed in the service...
