I didn't like that I had to wait a long time for a black coffee, the rest of the order was normal and the truth is I didn't even want to be uncomfortable because their employees spend all their time talking to each other, and when I said: I'm not going to wait any longer, nor They had realized, if it is for something that simple I can't imagine having large orders. Pay more attention and be attentive is my recommendation.

This Tim Horton has the worst customer service I had ever seen. The staff name Amanda is so rude , mannerless with miserable attitude .She acts like she’s giving free to the customers. If you need a good review with better business , you should fire her right away . I feel sorry for other staffs working with her.

This worker named Amanda was super rude. Me and my friends were there today around 2.00 P.M. to grab hot beverages at the blue mountain Tim Horton location. We ordered 1 coffee and 6 cups ofTea. When they missed 1 Tea, my and my friend went to the counter to get the missing tea. And just when i tried to tell the worker how i wanted my tea. Amanda told me to “ keep quite,” pointing her index finger towards me in a very rude manner. And of course i replied back loudly saying she was rude and she shouldn’t be talking to us in that manner. She continued yelling on top of her lungs and told us to “get out “ pointing at the door ! Me and my friends felt that she was being racist cause we are asians. She even went to the length of calling security guards on us. I’m pretty sure we are not the only one she bullied. I feel so sorry for her co workers. We are never gonna visit that location again !

The worst customer service ever from an employee name Amanda. She has zero customer service skill and very rude/impatient to the customer. I feel sorry to the owner and the coworker who work with her. She needs to stop that attitude and hopefully nobody ever have to encounter such bad experience in the future because of an incompetent staff . I hope, this will help to improve service towards customers in a respectful manner

Really disorganized , understaffed and dirty Tim Hortons . First customer or so in and floor is still messy from day before . Sloppy orders , missing items and people waiting forever every time I come ..

Great location at the bottom of the main lift! It is also 2 mins from the room, so ideal for sure. Stopped in this morning for a coffee and snack before hitting the hills. Service was super fast and accurate, also not overly friendly but not rude either. Coffee and food was typical Tim’s quality and taste. They also accept the Tim’s app which you often don’t expect from locations such as these that was a bonus!

Great staff, great ambience, coffee and snacks are always well prepared and hot.Only issue that I see is lately the wraps used to be big in size and we're in a proper covering now the size has gotten small and wrapping has become very normal.
