Ridiculously small venue for a prime time location in peak summer season. Slow service with huge line up and only 2 poor staff on working to try their best. Do better Tim’s… you know you’re popular, don’t be cheap in staffing levels and service. There was no where to sit. The take out window was closed. Didn’t end up waiting the mammoth wait time to get any food. 20+ people lined up out of the entrance and it wasn’t moving anytime soon.
I’d like to put a really good message out to a young man named Rylie. During my visit today he was super attentive, kind, caring and was just a good human being. People like him is why I keep coming back to Timmie’s!

Tim Hortons is conveniently located at the main lift's base, just a short walk from the rooms. The service is quick and accurate, though there have been recent improvements, as many customers have noted the staff's polite and warm attitude. The coffee and food offered are consistent with Tim Hortons' usual quality, and the drinks like double double have been highlighted for their uplifting effect. This location accepts the Tim's app, which is a welcome feature. The staff members are generally friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere even during busy hours. The store itself is pretty small, with very limited indoor seats, intended more as a to-go location. Despite its popularity, customers can still get their food within about 10-15 minutes of ordering. The prices are very reasonable, especially given the favorable conversion rate between USD and CAD. The store is clean, and the staff are efficient, handling high volumes of customers with professionalism. However, there has been a noticeable decrease in the size and wrapping quality of the wraps recently. The pizza toppings were not put on properly, and the wedges portion was very light. Even with these minor issues, this Tim Hortons stands out as one of the best places in the village, making it highly recommended for both locals and visitors.
