Great open mic
Food was great , fast delivery and nice welcoming staffs
Had a lovely evening dining at The Corner Cafe & Grill after a beach day with friends. We ordered chicken strips, fish tacos, fish and chips and the halloumi cheese salad. We also ordered a few beverages and ice tea and considering the quality of the food vs. The bill it was reasonably priced.
Our server, Jasmine, was lovely. She started us off with cold fresh water at the table. The table was ready with menus, napkins and plates right off the bat. She was very attentive and on it. Asked about allergies which was important as I have a pineapple allergy so I appreciated the care not many servers remember. Checked in with us, but not overbearing.
There was an issue with the (delicious) fish and chips and it was resolved gracefully by her and the kitchen, but, again delicious. Presentation of all the dishes was phenomenal, including the chicken strips (lol).
Location of the restaurant is a quick walk from the beach and everything about the restaurant was accessible.
To conclude, this was a great post beach day restaurant. Really appreciated the service, food and vibe of The Corner.
Great spot stopped on our road trip home from vacation for dinner they had a nice patio, and the server and kitchen team did a wonderful job accommodating celiac and other food allergens soy flax dairy.
I was gonna go without but the server suggested a goat beat salad with chicken breast was honestly an amazing salad. I wish I had her name, she said she was new and just started but she went and helped the kitchen make it work for me to enjoy a meal with my family.
Great spot to stop on the Georgian Bay Trail. The spinach dip was delicious!
We absolutely love this place. The staff is beyond amazing. We always order the salad with the steak on top with the balsamic dressing and feta. Can hardly wait to go back.
Good beer selection and nice pours. Food is excellent. Inside it's also very nice and clean, good decor. Lots of space. Patio is nice. Service is good.
My only complaint is the food portions are on the small side. Also beers are very expensive. $ 10.95 a pint is just too much.
This is a 3 star review, but I am being generous and giving 4 stars. I really hope the owners read this and make adjustments. This can easily be an 5 star. Increase your portions. And beer should be $ 8 a pint, no more, especially local offerings like Creemore.
Good food and lively spot for post Pickleball get together.

Great menu options, fast & friendly staff, and local beers/cider on tap! The live entertaining was amazing when we went (Grey Road 1). We’ll be back again!

I'm reviewing food, dining experience only. Our server was good the over an hour wait for lunch was not so good. Definitely not worth the wait. The server did come to apologize and it wasn't his fault but the kitchen was clearly overwhelmed for the number of people it could hold on a rainy dreary Saturday. Might give it another try but on a weekday this was not a good experience.

The food was really good. My portobello burger was excellent. Nice selection of beers. Great location in downtown Thornbury. Was there for open mic night. Lots of different kinds of setting from tables, bar, and booths. Would recommend.

Splendid place to hang out and watch the game this Sunday afternoon. Good sweet potato fries and Caesar salad, plus chilled wine and local cider fit the mood perfectly. James was so friendly and service by all staff was excellent

Big thanks to JAMES for being a great guy! I'm on crutches and James was there to help me in an out with the doors and the food, great food, great people. Good time.

A great food spot in Thornbury! We got the blackened fish and shrimp tacos and they were both great. It was a very generous piece of fish on the tacos!
