I can't believe they prepare the sandwich and food with the same hand they take order and collecting money .they do everything with hand no gloves!!sooo disgusting and unhealthy...I feel all the germs going around 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Pooja for our inconvenience gave us a free Mama burger with cheese.

Worker(s) didnt use gloves when making my meal. Touched the cash register and several other surfaces then proceeded to make my sandwhich. Customer service was nearly non-existent! Horrible experience!

It was 6:55pm and they close at 7pm and they denied to serve me. Whoever was working today on boxing day at this time is LAZY! I just wanted 1 burger that was all.

My mom and I chose A&W for lunch when we went to Promenade Mall. I already paid for our food when I noticed that the employees doesn't use gloves when preparing the foods. They would touch counters and buttons and cash registers and goes back to making the foods without even washing their hands. 🥲

We came here to buy breakfast meal past 10 am Sunday.. They only have 1 staff serving and at the same time taking orders from customers. I have ti wait 30mins before getting our order.

Asked for a teen burger and a drink. Server took my order. Then afterwards I saw on their menu board a managers special for a teen burger, fries and drink which was cheaper. Server did not mention this deal. Ended up paying more. Customer service should include mentioning specials.

Food handlers should wear gloves when making food. It started off great, person washed hands after taking my order but proceeded to touch handles and things whilst touching my food (without gloves). Also, they would open the back door occasionally and then run their hands under water for a second and go back to my food…that’s not clean - wetting vs washing (with soap) make a difference in proper hygiene protocols.

A&W in Promenade Mall, they only provide you 2 pcs of table napkin and refuses to give me extra when I asked for more. I don’t know if its a new policy but wth!

Please wear gloves and hair net, This is ridiculous why people don’t care about food safety. I will never visit to this A&

Fresh food, fast service, the employees are very humble always greet customers with big smiles on their face. Especially the supervisor jot and Kamal. Overall an awesome experience.
