Bought 4 buddy burgers with cheese tonight from A & W at Prominade Mall. One of the burgers had a larger portion of it the bun had green molds. Quite surprising the people assembling the burger didn’t see that. I took pictures of the burger.
The person said he couldn’t refund us because it was only one of the four burgers.

Food was amazing, the girl who prepared it Courtney was so sweet and patient. I'm partially blind and she read out every menu item for me. Kind girl, her co-worker on the other hand was gone leaving her alone to work the cash and kitchen.

I tried the cheeseburger at A&W today and it honestly exceeded my expectations! The patty was juicy, the cheese melted perfectly, and the overall flavor was amazing — just the right balance of savory and fresh. The portion size was generous too, enough to feel satisfied without being too heavy. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Fries were okay. Chubby chicken was bland. Pret coffee is absolutely bitter. Not sure why I chose coffee to go with my meal but I now know where NOT to get coffee 🤢🤢🤢
