It’s a well decorated place for you to explore, you can find a nice British touch in every corner.

The 3-tiered afternoon tea set was beautifully presented. A simple egg sandwich carried a nice taste that made it special. Scones are the best, crispy and fresh!

Loved the many varieties of tea - the Buckingham Palace was grand, the Cherry Blossom carried a floral sweetness.

Service was excellent and gentle.

Overall a very enjoyable experience and will definitely try the high tea set next time.

A most delightful and elegant cosy place to experience High Tea.
After Queen Tea Shop has both savory and sweet stacked platters to enjoy with a wide variety of teas.
No rush, once there, you can even order the items you with in advance while making reservations.

TERRIBLE experience!!!!
Made a reservation here for my birthday. The service was awful. Our server was rude right the beginning. When we asked for more time before ordering she rolled her eyes and threw her note pad on the desk.
When we had questions about the tea service she was extremely rude and reluctant to answer our questions.
It was so bad that we decided to leave.
When we attempted to politely express our disappointment she rolled her eyes and walked away.
I have never experienced such disrespect and rudeness in my life.
So disappointed and completely ruined my birthday plans.
DO NOT waste your time or money here, extremely disappointing.

Extremely disappointed with both the service and hospitality. Attended an event here and was met with an unprofessional and rude server, which left a very negative impression. There are far better high tea options—your money is better spent elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling service. The server was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes everytime we would ask a question. Do not get your high tea here, there are much better places with much nicer and accommodating staff.

This place has very good afternoon tea but the people that work there know nothing about hospitality and serving customers. Unfortunately, the servers can’t speak English and they are rude. Today we visited this place and the server
(a middle aged woman) asked if we had reservations and we said no. Although the place was half empty, very reluctantly she said she would find us a table and a few seconds later, in a very rude way she gestured to us that we could sit at one of the tables(by waving her arm down towards the table). We did not expect to be treated like that but overlooked it and sat down. A few mins later, she comes back to take our order and with her broken English, could not understand what we meant by “ can you bring the tea with the sandwiches and not before? so it doesn’t get cold?”. Finally she comes back to bring cutlery for us and just throws the fork and knife on the table as if we had done sth wrong. We were completely shocked and felt disrespected at that point and left. This was a very disappointing experience. If she couldn’t take us in, she should have let us know and we would have left. Instead, she chose to be very rude and disrespectful to us.

We ordered the high tea. The decor was okay but the food was severely underwhelming. Some of the dessert tasted like grocery store quality, and this set cost $55 per person plus tax. They also seemed to have reservation issue. Not a comfortable experience.

Beautiful place inside the plaza. Tea is great, food is just OK. The decor inside is beautiful. Very hot if you seat outside. Best washroom decor.

Sat outside for Mother's day, just wish there was more spacing between each table and bigger tables so there is no crowding on the tables.

My family loves after queen tea shop! Went here with my sister and then came back with my mom and grandma. Both were very impressed. Everything is very well thought out from the decorations, the menu selection, the teas. It’s great! You can get a tea and a spread of finger sandwich’s and pastries for a deal.
It’s pretty small and intimate so if you are loud/average volume talkers just be warned that everyone in the establishment can hear you lol

Really beautiful place to have some afternoon tea. This place is really good for photography, we two girls took a whole bunch of pictures here and those are amazing! I love the scones and cucumber sandwiches! The desserts are tasty too! Not too sweet! $38per person before tax, that’s totally worth it!

Today we visited the Afternoon Tea Room (as it’s very fitting for the Victoria long weekend), and I must say it was like going back in time in a Victorian era. I loved and appreciated all the lovely details of lace and antiques. This was indeed a charming and cozy ambiance. The hospitality was kind and warm from our hostesses Shirah & Lali. Plus the high tea of gourmet salad with quiche and decadent desserts and savoury sandwiches was superb. The scones also was served warm served with the clotted cream and jam. We really appreciated everything from start to finish. Thank you!
