Year after year, on December 30, we return to the restaurant Premier to celebrate a birthday and every year the evening somehow becomes even better. First and foremost, our sincere admiration goes to Alik, whose warmth, presence, and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire evening. His attentive and welcoming approach makes every visit feel personal and truly special. We would also like to highlight Victoria, the event manager, for her outstanding creativity, availability, and exceptional customer service. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and thoughtful guidance throughout the planning process made everything feel effortless and perfectly executed. Special admiration goes to Ludmilla, the singer and host, who has an exceptional ability to read the room. She seamlessly catered to a multicultural audience, customized the music, and managed quite wonderfully to unite a multilingual crowd of all ages, from the youngest to the oldest, creating a shared feeling of true celebration. The pescatarian and vegetarian menu was thoughtfully adapted to our needs, every detail was taken into account, and the table setting was impeccable. The atmosphere was warm, festive, and beautifully curated. Our guest of honor and the guests themselves simply did not want the evening to end. Bravo to Alik, Victoria, Ludmilla, the chefs, and the entire team for the outstanding level of care, attention to detail, and for creating an atmosphere we are always happy to return to.

The food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with beautiful presentation and bold, well-balanced flavors. Dessert was a definite highlight, and the drinks were a great match for the meal. They also added a sweet birthday touch, which made the night feel extra personal.

Was invited to a friend's birthday party. We had a really good time and enjoyed our visit to Premier. Food was mostly delicious and the variety was great. Lost of different salads and cold appetizers. Hot food was good as well but potato was not made well. Venue and entertainment was great, the band was playing good music and we danced a lot. The dancer girls are charming and very engaging, the saxophone was a great touch as well and played very well. All in all a pleasant experience at Premier.
