We celebrated my friend’s birthday at Restaurant Premier, and it was such a beautiful evening! The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, perfect for a celebration. The staff went above and beyond to make everything special — they were friendly, attentive, and always smiling.
The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The desserts were a highlight, and the drinks complemented the meal perfectly. They even surprised us with a small birthday gesture, which made the night feel even more memorable.
Overall, it was an amazing experience filled with great food, laughter, and excellent service. I highly recommend Restaurant Premier for anyone planning a special celebration or simply looking for a lovely place to enjoy good food and great company. 💖💖💖

We had the pleasure of celebrating my 45th birthday party with our family and friends at Premier. There are no words to describe how incredible it was. Starting from the layout, location, and overall presentation of the restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. We celebrate a lot of events here and we never leave disappointed. Alic the owner and Vica accommodated every need, communicated about every detail and are overall the friendliest people. We’ve never experienced such amazing attention to detail. Alina was at my every turn, helped me an extreme amount where in the midst of chaos and so much going on she was always there to support me. the staff was so organized, professional and constantly present for our guests. The food presentation and quality of food is to die for. So many dishes and flavours that are just delicious. By the end of the party everything was cleaned, food and drinks packed and everything we brought was taken care of with caution and returned to us. They are honest, hard working and deserve all the recognition for hosting such amazing events. I don’t think we’ve ever experienced such care towards us and our guests at any other restaurant. We will most definitely be coming back again and again. Thank you so much for making our night so memorable

The restaurant is ok — typical Soviet-style cuisine, music, and atmosphere. However, the DJ was quite rude, starting with an incident in the parking lot where he aggressively honked at a guest instead of waiting for another car to park. That same attitude carried through inside, with similar behavior toward guests. Aside from that, the staff were friendly.

I didn't like the food at all. The kebab was tough and inedible. The meat smelled bad and the fish was salty. Only the salmon wasn't bad. The appetizer wasn't good and the dessert tasted bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant

What a pleasant experience to spend New Years Eve at Arbat. The menu was very diversified copious and expertly prepared. Although the restaurant was at full capacity the service was efficient and cordial. The entertainment went on well into the night and everyone was vying for space on the dancing floor. As you would expect the ambiance had a Russian flair but the well trained singers were well versed in international songs and made everyone feel comfortable. All in all the evening was very well orchestrated. Thanks to Alex who not only is a great manager but as we discovered he also is a excellent singer.
Great and cozy space for family events! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have been photographing quite a few events here - always a pleasure! I am very excited about the new space design & lighting upgrade!

We had an amazing time dancing with friends, but food was horrible. No service provided as we expected. We had a party of 5, "girls night out party", dancing and karaoke. But, food we ordered and went for dancing been removed, salads was oily and has no taste, food was not fresh. I got sick after party, even reported to Public Health. The only good was a chance to meet my girlfriends after long time and had crazy dancing time. Would not recommended this place.

My friends and I attended a special event at Arbat last night. The number of tickets sold for that event was known ahead of time, yet the management decided to save money and have only a few waitresses working to serve lots of people.
It took us TWO FREAKING HOURS to get our food! Two hours!.. The waitresses, both serving the tables and working at the bar, just outright ignored any attempts of the visitors to talk to them, call them up, inquire about the status of our food, etc. Like, you start talking to a waitress, she looks at you, then without saying a word turns away and walks off!
If someone wants to experience what "customer service" (a non-existent concept) in the former Soviet Union used to look like, Arbat is the best place to do that!
Also, the doors to the venue kept opening and closing, and there was a freezing breeze sweeping all through the venue the whole night. I guess, the owners, again, were too cheap to turn on heating - on a freezing December evening!
Never again are we going to this venue.

If you're looking for a fun spot where you can relax and have a good time with friends, Arbat is definitely worth checking out. The service was spot-on, the atmosphere was fantastic, and everyone had a blast. We'll definitely be back for our next celebration!
