Very disappointed about their service because even it says it is open till 6:30, they will no take your order any time after 6:00 pm. Also the cashier was very unpolite.

Today I had the Aroma power breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty.
All is well here..accept it is usually understaffed in the front. Server is stressed and overworked!

I ordered a Portabello Sandwich with humus on a crossaint. They failed to add the extra Halloumi cheese after I paid extra. No compensation was made when I expressed my concern. They took my number and advised a manager will call me. If this was Tim hortons I wouldn't expect much, but after paying 38 dollars for a crossaint Sandwich and salad today, I thought they would settle it when I called. I am outraged at the poor customer service ? I have been living in the area and this restaurant is not up to standard. I guess I will order from Tim Hortons, atleast I will pay $7 and they would atleast offer me something same day. Please check your order and open things before leaving.

Aroma is one of my favorite hangout spot when I'm out with my client. He has an expresso and a slice of their amazing dessert. My favorite is their soup and sandwiche combo.
Vegetarian options: I am vegetarian and I'm never without option at Roma. There is plenty of parking availability.
Parking: I usually park at door 4, for direct access to Roma ?
