I wasn't asked about whether I wanted my bagels toasted and didn't know that wasn't the default option. Halfway through checkout, I decided that I wanted jam on one of my bagels; the woman (old lady, grey hair) working there was having such a hard time adding jam to my order that I just walked out without it. I've yet to meet someone so incompetent as to not understand how to operate a till. Perhaps Richview Manor would be more suitable for her.

I have been a regular here for a few years, and I am so glad that they are in the neighbourhood.
I get their bagels very regularly. Their fresh bagels are often still warm (or even hot) when I get them, which is a real treat. Even their day-olds aren't bad, and I often cut and freeze them.
Their bourekas are great. I often get the day-olds, and if I can get them home without eating them all, I pop them in my toaster oven for a couple minutes. Perfection. Same with the pita they sell.
My family and I all agree that their challah is our surprising favourite, beating out Toronto's most notable bakeries. Sweet Rosh Hashanah challah is a wonderful annual treat.
The service is positively wonderful. I always stop to chat, and they always ask about me, my family, etc. They're incredible.
I don't get the sandwiches, so I can't say anything about that. At Chanukah, their sufganyot aren't bad, bur other local bakeries have better variety. But overall, this place is awesome and I would recommend it. Thank you for existing!

Very very tasty montreal style bagels. Took me long enough to find a good spot in vaughan that sells these things... I got back from montreal last week and these bagels literally taste identical!!! You can taste the subtle sweetness in the dough with the perfect chew... ill definitely be back to try all flavours 😋

What a great place to get fresh bagels, specially in the morning, every one who comes here likes the bagels as well as other products, great place for Shabbat bread for Friday night. I had a great service from the ladies in the front, very friendly, polite. I do recommend it.

I was waiting in the line end Ladies spend more time on there phone end talking with each other than serving customers.I was so disappointed. It was Wednesday morning. But still I like Fresh bagels end Salad.
