Bagels are neither light nor heavy.
If I had to critique a I’d say that the crust is a bit on the thin side. Not sure if they boil first or just inject steam into the oven. However that said, a heavier crust might require a denser interior.
The Montreal style are tasty though profusely seeded, tending to shed in copiously.
Overall a good bagel at a good price.

**Edit: We were there about a month ago. Unfortunately, things have changed, and the bagels we purchased were not as fresh as they used to be, and rock hard by the next day. We will not be back**
We always make a point to stop by here on our way to visit family. They have the tastiest and freshest bagels we have ever tried. Sometimes they are just out of the oven, and still warm! Our favourite type is the Montreal style bagels. They are so delicious that we can eat them as is, right out of the bag! Their flavoured fresh cream cheese is also a must! They are just as fresh and delicious the next day and not rock hard like some other bagel shops. Delicious imported drinks go great with their bagels and sandwiches. The owner is also very friendly and always makes a point to have some conversation with us when we stop by! Highly recommend 👌
