Really delicious bagels! Fluffy, fresh, flavourful, with just the right amount of bite. Tried the everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. It was really good! Will definitely come back again.

If I had to critique a I’d say that the crust is a bit on the thin side. Not sure if they boil first or just inject steam into the oven. However that said, a heavier crust might require a denser interior.
The Montreal style are tasty though profusely seeded, tending to shed in copiously.
Overall a good bagel at a good price.
