While the waiter was very kind the service was very slow. Benedict is medocre, rather tasteless and presentation is not too appealing, house fries were good, as well as the pencake, crispy french toast nothing special. Bagel variety and quality is nice, so i’d rather do just bakery shopping than having breakfast on site.

I was very hungry and wanted to grab something very quick, I never been to this place before. As soon as a walked in everyone seemed very stressed. I asked the cashier if I could get a bagel with cream cheese, she asked me what kind of bagel and I asked her what kind of bagel do you guys have and she looked me so strange and stopped and freeze :) and I asked her are you okay ? She didint reply me and pointed the bagels on the side.
Anyway I was sooooooooo disappointed, never never and ever this place again.

I love coming to Bagel World, their bagels are always fresh and delicious, and the staff are so warm and helpful. Easily one of my favourite spots for a quick bite.

Food was fine. Experience was a bit confusing and not the greatest - it felt like the staff were annoyed and curt.

The eggs are fantastic. I do not like the flat bagels, and honestly the regular bagels are too big and dry. Would much prefer a Montreal-style bagel.

Delicious bagels, hands down !
I waited to write this review because I reached out to the owner who in turn did not respond:
A group of us went to this restaurant a few weeks ago, sat down, got our drinks… so far, so good. All I wanted was a simple tuna bagel and a diet coke. No frills, no extras, just tuna inside of a bagel. Apparently, that was too much to ask. The waitress insisted I must order the full platter for $17 complete with onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers I specifically didn’t want. When I asked why it’s available for takeout but not for dine-in, her answer was basically, “Because that’s the way it is.”
So, I pulled a plot twist: I ordered the tuna bagel from their takeout for $8 , sat back down with my group, to enjoy my illegal sandwich. That’s when the manager swooped in and told me I wasn’t allowed to eat my tuna bagel at the table and would have to eat it outside of the establishment. Yes … you read that right. I was threatened to get kicked out for contraband bagel ingestion.
Honestly, this is one of the most absurd, penny-pinching policies I’ve ever seen. They’d rather ruin a group’s meal than sell a $8 bagel without a $10 side of unwanted vegetables. The chutzpah!
If you like dishonest policies, hostile management, and overpriced bagels, you’ll love this place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Takeout: Bagel with cream cheese and lox – $11.29 (reasonable).
Uber Eats: Bagel with cream cheese and lox – $15.99 (daylight robbery).
Dine-in: Bagel with cream cheese and lox – $18.99 plus tip (grand theft bagelry).
Exact. Same. Product.
Three different prices.
Same establishment.
Honestly, I’ve seen less price inflation in airports and amusement parks. At least there they throw in a roller coaster ride with the heart attack.
And if you think the math is confusing, wait until you meet the manager. Karina manages the place with the charm of a parking ticket and the warmth of a tax audit. Instead of de-escalating situations, she pours gasoline on them.

Witnessed a very concerning interaction between your front desk staff. The staff was quite rude to a delivery driver because of a clear misunderstanding. Really disappointed in this.

I work across the street at Movement Sports Medicine + Physiotherapy and frequent this Bagel World often. The young gentleman at the front who makes my to go sandwiches is always so pleasant and accommodating as is the young woman who works the cash and also makes food at the front. The food is fresh and the staff are excellent. I'm always happy to walk in here for a quick bite between patients!
