I came with a 3yr old and I had him on his knees on the counter looking at ice cream, so he could choose. We do a weekly ice cream run as a family and this is the firdt time.The attendant was rude and told us we had to get him down or leave. I was right behind him, my chest was on his back.
I couldn't hold him because i have a pinched nerve and my wife is very vidibly pregnant. I was able to help him climb on the counter portion in front of glass.

Hands down, one of the best for ice cream places that serve people with the nicest manner! Every time I go there with my kid, we always feel extremely welcomed by the workers.
Yesterday, I just went to buy a cake, a cupcake, and a gift card for my kid. The male server who helped us was extremely polite, friendly, and nice! I got the Cookieān Cream cake, 1/2 Cookie Dough 1/2 Chocolate Chip cupcake, and bought a $50 gift card for my kid. My kid always ask me to come back to this specific location because he loves the great services they give and the ice creams are delicious!
Additionally, their pricing is lower than other Baskin Robinās stores throughout Richmond Hill! I was also surprised how clean it is inside. I would highly recommend going to this specific location of Baskin Robbinās!

Yesterday, I visited the Baskin Robbins location on Rutherford and Bathurst Street. I experienced the most rude and unpleasant customer service. One would expect a visit to an ice cream shop to be a fun and welcoming experience, but at this particular location, the young male employee exhibited a complete lack of knowledge and understanding on how to properly behave and treat customers with respect.
When I had purchased 20 gift cards, the employee angrily threw them at me when I asked for individual receipts. After I insisted on getting individual receipts, the employee repeatedly swiped the same card 20 times and then tossed all the receipts at me. I have never encountered such an unpleasant situation before.
I will definitely follow up with the franchise, as this behavior is completely unacceptable. If my young children had been there without me, I shudder to think how the employee would have treated them. This is very, very poor behavior and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would NOT recommend going to this particular Baskin Robbins location.
