Busy location, ice cream was good and fresh as expected from Baskin Robbins.The lady helping my nephew and I was very patient when allowing my nephew to sample a few different flavors.

I stopped by here with my niece, and had a really good experience. We both ordered a kid scoop size ice cream, and they gave her three samples, which she was really excited about. She really enjoyed her ice cream and I was super excited to try a new flavour which was both dairy free and gluten-free. The new flavour was a chocolate, mint chocolate dairy, free ice cream and I really enjoyed it.The employees were really nice and super helpful. They were friendly and very accommodating. The ice cream shop was reasonably clean, the way you would expect an ice cream shop to be.I would recommend this ice cream shop if you are in the area.

Came in with a few friends to get some ice cream. Staff was very patient and friendly and allowed us to take our time to choose and sample different flavours. I really enjoyed my scoop of the ube coconut swirl on a cone.

Absolutely appaling customer service. The owner clearly has an issue with children even though that's his target market.. saw him yell at a child for touching the cake fridge. Literally yelled "stop touching my glass!".Rolls his eyes if you walk in with kids.Will never go here again.

Not happy with the way they treat people/kids (autistic kids especially) Having a clean environment is understandable and of course expected… however I think there’s a way to go about it. The owner could have come out and cleaned the glass after they left. Instead they made the family feel unwelcome and he was downright rude about it when confronted. “Don’t like it, don’t come back” Rest assured I won’t EVER be back and I’ll make sure my friends and family don’t either. Shame on you.
