There is one Baskin Robbin’s closer to home but I prefer this location at promenade. Clean place, nice smiley welcoming staff, I prefer giving business to this location.

I went here with my son recently. The ice cream was super fresh and delicious, however what we got versus what was in the menu up there was totally different.
We ordered a regular 1 scoop sundae with all it comes with and we got a regular ice cream with cream on top which was not what we expected.
Overall the vibe in the mall is super chill and buzzy and its always pleasant to sit and enjoy some ice cream there.
The service was also super nice, both ladies working here are super friendly and cool. They are fast to serve and patient to listen if you need to change your order.

I was there with my friend today. We were absolutely shocked with how rude the customer service was. There were comments as we were children because we wanted a lid so we can put in our freezer if we didn't finish and a cone . Once we had sat down to enjoy the ice cream the cone snapped in half and ice cream fell. The cone only after saying that I would call head office was given a new one. We are both parents of children and we are careful with money spent. I use to go all the time with my family very disappointed with our experience today
