Just the worst Baskin Robbins location around. Avoid it and go to another one even if it adds 10 minutes to your drive or delivery time. They just don't care and it shows in their packaging and service.

I don't know how this location can not permit the use of the washroomfor paying customers. Extremely disappointing behaviour for a global brand. Baskin Robbins needs to get their franchisees some Basic customer service training. It’s not OK to put a washroom out of order sign from the time the location has been opened.

It’s the third time I’m going to this specific ice cream shop and the same girl from the night shift tells me that she doesn’t have a change of 5 dollars.
With this visit, I have accumulated more than $8 dollars in exchange.
Terrible service from this girl.
I hope someone checks that she do her job well and that she doesn’t do the same with other customers.

We visited this Baskin Robbins location a week ago and ordered two single scoops of ice cream on cones. I noticed that the person (Indian guy), taking our order was handling the cone with his bare hands, which raised concerns about hygiene. When I asked him to change the cone, he did so but still held it with his bare hands instead of using a paper wrap or napkin to hold the bottom of the cone. This is poor hygiene practice, especially in a food service environment. Additionally, none of the staff were wearing face masks, even while talking over the ice cream cooler, which felt concerning given the proximity to the food being served. Eventually, I asked to have my ice cream in a cup instead of a cone due to these issues. I hope the management addresses these hygiene concerns to ensure a better experience for future customers.
One of the best feature of this place is that it is open till late with an impressive selection of flavours so there is something for everyone.The staff is friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Perfect spot for late night dessert run.
