I ordered a customized birthday cake. It was my daughter’s first birthday and I was too worried because I ordered it theough online and was doing over thinking that if cake will be okay or not and guest will like it or not but once I saw the cake it was perfect. I was too happy because it was perfectly matching what I send picture to them. They called me day before to confirm everything. Cake was completely matching to my theme and the colors which I told them. Even the taste was so good and the sweetness was also perfect that my guest ate it twice. Even though they took the shop address from me to order in future. I will definetly recommend this place and I will always order from here. I ordered online so there is a 10% discount as well

We ordered a birthday cake from BB Cafe for our daughter’s 5th birthday, and the whole experience was amazing. We were running late on the day of the party and couldn’t make it to the Thornhill location to pick up the cake. Parisa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to save the day. She arranged a courier on very short notice and had the cake delivered right to our party room at Reptilia in a refrigerated car. The cake itself was stunning and absolutely delicious. All our guests loved it and kept asking where it was from. Thank you, BB Cafe, for the great service and the fantastic cake. Highly recommended.
