The actual worst customer service the woman there has no basic human respect. They should honestly close this location and never let these people own operate a booster juice. The quality of the drinks terrible. York region public health should also look into this location I will definitely be contacting them. The drinks at every other location are consistently good. The taste was awful and the customer service so unprofessional and disgusting. What a terrible experience. Don’t go here so sorry if you have.

I’ve come to this location many times, but today was honestly the worst experience I’ve had. I specifically asked for the snack size, and the staff kept pushing me to get the regular size, saying it was only $2 more. I repeated that I wanted the snack size, but they still charged me for the regular size without telling me. I didn’t realize until I got my drink and checked the receipt. When I told them, they didn’t apologize—they told me I was wrong and literally walked away. So rude and unprofessional. I’m done with this place, and honestly, you should be too.

We visited the Booster Juice at Promenade Mall and ordered the Brazilian Thunder and Very Berry smoothies. Both were delicious and super refreshing!
The Brazilian Thunder had a nice tropical flavour with acai and berries, not too sweet and very smooth. The Very Berry was tangy and vibrant, full of berry flavour, and felt like a healthy treat.
Service was friendly and pretty quick, even though there was a bit of a line. The shop itself is clean, though it can feel a little crowded during busy times.
Prices are a bit high for smoothies, but the quality and fresh taste make it worth it if you’re craving something tasty and healthier while shopping.
Parking is free as its located within the mall and also there is lots of space to sit down and enjoy the drinks.
Overall, a great spot for a quick, fruity pick-me-up treat all day.
