I come here very often and get only the one thing every time, which is bourbon chicken only for 12.40$ although it’s changed to 14$. It’s always hot and really good, and I’ve come so many times they know me and even give me more than they should, which is really nice. I’m really surprised by all the bad reviews this place has especially of all the one star ratings.

Eaten at Bourbon Street Grill for many years. From Scarborough, North York and Mississauga, NEVER have I eaten worst quality food as the one in Promenade Mall. Their chicken actually has a bad odour, I don’t think it was even chicken, it was spongy and rubbery simultaneously in texture and smelled awful!!!!The rice seems like it had been in the fridge for day. Super dry and borderline uncooked. And as I am writing this I just noticed two strand of hair.!! THAT DOES IT!! I am about to vomit!!!! I do not write reviews often but as this was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable the general public should be made aware of the unethical food being served here!! I hope a health inspector or owner the owner views this.

Food is good. Its on the pricey side of fast food/take out. The food i ordered (attached image) was $14. Ive been going here for years and i use to go a lot more often because they gave a big amount of portions. Ever since they changed their containers to the one from my photo, they dont give a lot. Food is still delicious, i dont think their price per portion equates and so thats why im giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

If you are hungry and you like value for your money STAY AWAY. $14 got me lesser chicken than other locations, mixed veggies and noodles. This location take out box is TINY it actuall upset me so much to motivate me to post this. Quality of food is fine, service ok but wow. My kids asked me if I bought a kids meal. What an absolute RIPOFF. I will NEVER come back to this location again. No refills at any of the food places here even kfc. Bourbon st Grill will refill for $1. No value for your money here. It was the total length of my small Fiji Bottle! Wth??? Hope this location shuts down for disrespecting your customers like this.

I LOVE BOURBON!!! the workers are the GOATS they give u samples and BIG PORTIONS YUMYUM i was about to crash out from studying but then i ate bourbon and i was able to study for 3 MORE HOURS!!!! chicken was JUICY AND FLAVOURED, broccoli was CRUNCHY, and i love bourbon. ❤️🔥🔥🔥

I have been to several locations. Fairview, Markville, Eaton Centre, STC, and to be honest, they all have different flavor. Some locations cook their dish by Filipino style, some in Chinese cuisine style etc. Among all locations, Promenade location carries the best flavor. The owner and the food handlers have been their for long time and the flavor never changed. This location is must-go place. Other locations are just 1-2 stars tbh. GO TO PROMENADE BOURBON St.GRILL LOCATION. PLEASE TRUST MEEEEE. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET.
