This place has been around since I was in high school. This has always been my spot for the best bubble tea in the city. Since then I’ve moved, but the bubble tea is as good as always! I brought my daughter here and after trying taro with tapioca @ bubble tea and me she said it’s the best bubble tea she ever had. I also love their toast with condensed milk ?

This place has been consistently 5 stars for the last 15 years that I’ve gone here. I’m now 27 but have fond memories of having my 14th birthday party here. The staff were so cool about letting us TSS kids come, buy bubble tea, and sit in that front wooden circle table playing guitar and hanging out. Ever since, I’ve been coming here for all my boba and snacking needs. The regular teas, milk teas, and slushies are so good. The jellies and tapioca are perfect. The sizes are good even in this changing economy, the prices have stayed pretty decent. Their food menu expanded and you gotta try both their noodles and condensed milk toast - these are timeless items they’ve had forever. Service is fast and friendly. This will forever be my number one spot for boba and trust me when i say I’ve since lived all over the city and in different countries. THIS will forever be the place. Everyone in the Thornhill community knows that THIS is the spot!!!! PS fries and cakes also fueggoooooo ?

The male cashier who took our order was really nice and polite, but the female barista left a lot to be desired. The granny in front of us was asking the barista what the Oreo drink on the poster is made of, to which the female barista sharply snapped back saying “We don’t sell shakes!”
There’s really no need to glare at the granny and be rude. The granny was simply asking what the ingredients were, which the poster she was pointing at doesn’t list out. Whether or not your establishment serves the item was not what she was asking. It left the granny (your paying customer) feeling awful, and the rest of us within earshot feeling awkward to have witnessed your condescending customer service.
Please treat your customers with more kindness, and senior citizens with patience and respect.

Ordered 2 takeout "Original Milk Black Tea - A blend of Taiwanese black tea, lactose, milk, and flavor. (come with Tapioca)." Was given only 1 straw and we were confused while we drove off.Realized later there was 0 tapioca in one of them. Never seen this kind of mistake from any bubble tea store.At least they didn't mean to be deceiving by providing only 1 straw for 2 bubble teas.

Bubble Tea & Me has had quality service and food for many, many years. It's never changed in quality, and it's always been a lovely and relaxing place to have some delicious food and tea. I used to come here when I was a grade schooler, and the bubble tea has always been great. Service is fast and the staff are so friendly and nice. The food is great too. I especially recommend their desserts, such as the chocolate fondue.
