Was given only 1 straw and we were confused while we drove off.Realized later there was 0 tapioca in one of them. Never seen this kind of mistake from any bubble tea store.At least they didn't mean to be deceiving by providing only 1 straw for 2 bubble teas.

Bubble Tea & Me has had quality service and food for many, many years. It's never changed in quality, and it's always been a lovely and relaxing place to have some delicious food and tea. I used to come here when I was a grade schooler, and the bubble tea has always been great. Service is fast and the staff are so friendly and nice. The food is great too. I especially recommend their desserts, such as the chocolate fondue.

Great hole in the wall spot. It has a very old and nostalgic feel especially if you are a 90's baby; it is something you don't see in this day and age and very good prices. A definitely recommend especially for a night out or a date night.

I have had TONS AND TONS of bubble tea in my life thus far, but none have tasted as delicious as the bubble tea I get at this place!!! We used to live far away from this place but the very first time we tried their bubble tea and some of their delicious food items, we knew that it was well worth the drive. Now we have moved closer to this location so we will be going in regularly now and can't wait for our next visit!The atmosphere inside makes you feel like you're in a beautiful far away place where you can escape busy Thornhill for a little while, and the customer service you receive from the owners and their staff is exceptional...they make you feel at home and are happy to see you when you walk in!They make your bubble tea exactly the way you want it and it's nice to know that every time you have one, it still tastes exactly like the last one you had, which is DELICIOUS!!! They use the freshest ingredients and their pricing is very reasonable. Very, very, clean restaurant and you won't see dirty plates or any debris collecting on the floor anywhere. Such amazing and positive vibes every time we go in...very good energy!!!If I could give 100 stars I would!!!!!!!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE!,Parking: Lots of parking spaces.

great place! with my social anxiety, ordering or asking for wifi and stuff can be scary for me, but the staff are so friendly. i've not tried much in the menu, but the bubble tea, spring rolls and ice cream there are really good. the portions are pretty big too (i'm always full leaving there) it's my favourite place to go to chill and draw or study, i would definitely recommend this place.
