We finally went to the burger factory in Thornhill and let me just start by saying it did not disappoint ! From the price point, to the selection and sides, everything just made sense. The burgers were so delicious and so fresh, you could just tell the quality of the meat is as promised, and not frozen like many other chain stores. As a bread lover, I thoroughly enjoyed their buns, and it had the right texture.

Moreover the owners are super friendly and they didn’t try to up-sell which is rare. In fact when I thought I need to get cheese he explained the burger already comes with the cheese slices so i didn’t have to pay more to get cheese. Their generosity was evident even with all the sides we ordered. we definitely got food for our money if not more. My husband and I also got milk shakes and it was freshly made, it didn’t have that greasy taste that you get sometimes with the fake “ice creams” where it’s just a layer of oil sitting on your palette.

Finally, as a mom I really appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the changing table in the stall for privacy reasons. I will definitely be coming back and this will probably be one of my go tos! Thanks again for such a great meal!!

If you are looking for the best burger in Thornhill, this is it. Had their double burger and tornado fries, you can tell they make their patties fresh everyday. Burger was juicy and super filling. My wife and I couldn't even finish everything. Place was well kept and all the staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

Ordered a chicken burger for takeout and it was disgusting — dry, flavorless, and tasted old. Completely unacceptable and a waste of money.

The restroom was even worse. Filthy, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned. For a place that serves food, this level of hygiene is disturbing and honestly concerning.

This place has zero standards. Bad food, disgusting restroom, and no reason to ever come back. Avoid Burger Factory if you care about cleanliness or quality.

Went with my friend for dinner, we had 2 burgers: The machine and The Compressor along with their sweet potato and tornado fries. The burgers were cooked well and juicy albeit a little too greasy. Fries were good. Everything was prepared quickly. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend to others.

This place is awesome! We had a delicious dinner, and every dish was prepared perfectly. The food was flavorful and satisfying, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. The owner was extremely friendly and showed excellent behavior, making us feel genuinely welcome. I really appreciate his great customer service.
