My partner and I visited this location for the first time, and we were honestly blown away!
The burgers were incredibly delicious, juicy, and fresh — you can immediately tell they use high-quality ingredients.

The restaurant atmosphere was clean, cozy, and welcoming. But what made the experience even better was the amazing service.
Ms. Maryam, the manager, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. She made us feel truly valued as customers, not just another order.

One of the best burger spots in Thornhill!
I stopped by Burger Factory Thornhill and was seriously impressed. The burgers are juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. I tried the Juicy Lucy and it was AMAZING — melted cheese inside the patty is next-level. The fries were crispy and fresh, and the portions were generous. Staff were friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. You can tell they care about quality here. Highly recommend if you’re craving a proper burger!

The prices here and retarded funnel cake is $10 with zero toppings then $4 for every topping

A burger is already expensive as it is then to add an extra patty it’s $10 that’s ridiculous got 4 burgers and spent well over $100
I’d rather get a $2 burger from McDonald’s.
After spending all that the food was very mid nothing special, definitely not worth all the money.
The wait time to receive my order was 45 mins.
I would have rather went to the keg it costs the same but it will be worth it.

The burger was fairly average. I got the compressor, which is their largest three patty cheeseburger. The bun was a bit dry, the patties themselves are juicy but bland. It's 20 bucks, it's alright. I'd take Wendy's or five guys over it

This place is the BEST. Their burgers are just so freaking delicious. I can’t believe how good the pricing is too. The $10 student combo gets you a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink.
