I've come here a few times already. It has a great atmosphere and the staff are relatively friendly. This time I took a friend and introduced her to this cafe. We both ordered a hot and cold Cafe Mocha. My cafe mocha (hot) tasted different and had more of a latte taste to it. I decided to go the barista and get the drink exchanged. I advised her that I had ordered to cafe mocha and the hot one that I brought back to her tasted off. She didn't seem to understand what I said and made another cafe mocha (cold). When I told her that she must of misheard me and wanted to get the hot cafe mocha exchanged. She scoffed at me and basically just gave me a dirty look. She proceeded to make the drink and told me the drink that was made before was indeed a hot cafe mocha. But I've had the cafe mocha a few times here and it definitely didn't taste like what I usually get. I waited over 10 mins for her to finally make the new one because she was swamped with other orders and I can understand it was relatively busy. No apology was issued and instead I apologized for the inconvenience that I thought I had caused. It's really unfortunate because I finally thought I found a neat little cafe. Now after this experience I feel like I might not come here again. I'm not good at speaking up and left feeling embarrassed. Thanks grumpy Barista.

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding an incident involving the Dubai Chocolate that I purchased from your café today. After consuming the chocolate, my son experienced a severe allergic reaction, with swelling in his lips and throat, which required an emergency room visit.
This incident is particularly concerning because the chocolate packaging did not have any ingredient information, making it impossible for us to determine potential allergens. As a result, we were unaware of any risks and, unfortunately, the situation escalated to a medical emergency.
I urge you to review the product's labeling and ensure that all necessary allergen information is clearly displayed for the safety of your customers. It is crucial to avoid such potentially dangerous situations in the future.
I go here very often to study. It does tend to get crowded at peak hours (evening on weekdays, and it’s absolutely packed on weekends).
Also, wifi is not always reliable… sometimes the connection drops. But for the most part, it’s good.
Coffee and food quality is good, nice selection of menus, but it does tend to be a tad bit expensive.
