Great vibe to the place. Good service. Expensive coffee but you are almost paying to rent a table in this place as there are many who seem to park themselves here for hours at a time and pay for one coffee. I empathize with the owners in this regard and do not fault them. I even left an expensive coat there and only realized almost a week later that this is where I left it. They were kind enough to keep it for me while I called everywhere to find out where I left it. Definitely a cool spot.

The vibes are amazing it's a very big space inside with lots of different corners and spaces. I don't think the photos do it justice. The staff are very friendly. the coffee was excellent. They measured everything out so points for consistency! Also serve decaf which is nice.

Was looking for a place that served cake so I came here with my gf for dessert one night. I do get the vibes that it's more of a coffee/latte place that also happens to serve pastries.We ordered a black sesame cheesecake and a tiramisu. I liked the black sesame cheesecake more than the tiramisu but I think my partner preferred the tiramisu more.It's counter service as other ppl have already pointed out. You walk in, order first at the cashier, grab your order and then find a spot to sit.The cafe was pretty PACKED when we arrived but luckily we managed to find a seat in the back.Would definitely be open to revisiting to try some coffee or latte.P.S. The guy sitting behind us had really intense body odor so we had to hold our breath most of the time LOOOOL.

The one with yellow (kinda blonde) hair was really rude, Wifi didn’t work well at all, drinks were mediocre at best and the sweets were good but clearly were brought in so that doesn’t give any credence to the quality of the place.Decor was nice but tables were dirty.Find a different place and you’ll be much happier

I know they close at 10 o'clock, but they didn't take my order because I cleaned the coffee machine at 9:05...? I also don't think it makes sense for a 'cafe' to close the coffee machine an hour before closing and not take orders. This is already the second time that I have experienced that coffee orders are not taken at around 5-10 am because the coffee machine was cleaned.Login I don’t know if the boss knows. Well, I can't do it if it's a cafe rule.

First time here and a regret. Cashier wasn’t very good at communicating in English and the latte had a burnt coffee taste. For such a popular and large cafe, they also only take debit or cash.

Each time I go I am more and more disappointed. Do not go here. The staff is very rude. Their lattes are really bad, especially their matcha. They don’t accept credit under $10 so I went to charge my phone to use my debit card and they told me I need to buy a drink before I sit down. Forcing myself to spend $10 here is very hard because everything other than the desserts (which they don’t make themselves) suck. It’s all overpriced too. I seen the same tiny piece of cake in the same spot for days and they’re selling it for $8. The only good thing is the atmosphere but half the time it’s so loud and they have no plugs. Won’t be returning
