Always a long wait for drinks because they don't schedule more than one person on a shift. Also doesnt open when advertised. Showed up today at 12:18 pm and door was locked, yet they open at noon. Lost my business and I went elsewhere.

Drinks are good, but the service really deters me from visiting. Over the past 2 years, I would visit here and there, and each time, it would be the same female worker, always in a bad mood. It doesn’t look or feel like she wants to service you, and she is incredibly slow. Albeit, they should have another person working so that it’s not so much work on one person.

I don't come to Chatime often, but for one of the few times I've dropped by for a free birthday drink, the waiting time is abysmal. I saw a short lineup, so I decided to order through my phone. During that time, I went over to a different bubble tea store, waited in line, ordered a drink, received said drink and returned to Chatime to pickup. I then waited an additional 20 minutes. From the time my online order was sent, to the time I got my drink. A total of 30 minutes.
I don't blame the worker. He was doing his best and the only reason I don't give 1 star. I blame the supervisor/management. Why is there only one worker scheduled for a Sunday afternoon. There should be a minimum of at least 2 workers on a weekend. Ridiculous management expectations. Do better.

Tracy is a really good employee she helped me out with my drink, as the taro is fresh that is why it has peaces of taro in it, and I didn't like it but she made me a new drink and that was really good. Will definitely recommend visit once.

I went there Sunday evening. Poor Management: they were out of stock on the $5 1L drink promo. They were out of stock on the small straws. Their washroom was out of order. The place was so dark you would think its closed. The door connecting inside the building is locked/not working. I felt bad for the staff who had to constantly give bad news to customers back to back.
