Tracy is a really good employee she helped me out with my drink, as the taro is fresh that is why it has peaces of taro in it, and I didn't like it but she made me a new drink and that was really good. Will definitely recommend visit once.

I went there Sunday evening. Poor Management: they were out of stock on the $5 1L drink promo. They were out of stock on the small straws. Their washroom was out of order. The place was so dark you would think its closed. The door connecting inside the building is locked/not working. I felt bad for the staff who had to constantly give bad news to customers back to back.

Overcharged for special. Ordered 2 for $10 but was overcharged 6.50 per cup instead. The $5 supercup is always sold out like they don't want to participate in the promotion. Slow service as always.
The place was extremely messy inside and seemed to be operated by just one person the entire time which created an extensive wait time. It was clear the employee was overworked and appeared visibly frustrated. The overall atmosphere was very dark, and the dim lighting made the place look closed from the outside until I noticed the "Open" sign was on.

Very popular tea shop with a wide variety of drinks. Of the 15 tables only a couple were free at five o'clock. Efficiently served. Drinks were a bit expensive a special passion fruit green tea cost $6 for a large one.
Update Oct 2024.
Visited 2pm on a Saturday and the shop was not very busy. Looked like a new member of staff were being trained as the service was slower than expected. I did get a jasmine hot green tea, however, the flavour seemed more 'delicate' than other jasmine green teas I have had. For $7.01 a large hot green tea there are better alternatives in the same plaza.
