⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing behavior from management. I was at Persian Plaza recently and witnessed something very upsetting outside Chef Reza. A small child urgently needed to use the washroom, and his mother told him to go and asked the restaurant if he could use theirs. The staff allowed it, but when the child came out, the manager came outside yelling at the kid and his mom saying he had to “come clean the washroom,” even though he had only used it briefly and respectfully. The child looked terrified and humiliated.
As a member of the community, I found this extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. No child should be yelled at or embarrassed in public like that. I hope management reflects on this and learns to treat people — especially children — with more kindness and respect.

The price absolutely does not worth the food that this restaurant delivered,the chenjeh kebab in my order list ,was not even eatable as the meat was the hardest thing I ‘ve ever eaten 🤐the koobideh was not tasty at all and texture was not how koobideh supposes to be like .I never recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try persian food ,Such a disgrace.the portion does not match the price and prices are too high for such poor quality kebab.

I ordered the baghali polo and zeytun parvardeh, and both were delicious. The rice was fragrant and well-cooked, and the olives had a great balance of flavor. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were welcoming. A nice spot if you’re craving Persian food.

Their place was calm and clean. Lady staff were nice and warm and welcoming. We tried koobide, barg and joojeh (breast). Taste was to the point. Marinate and grill both at optimum level. Portions are big and proper. For sure I will go there again, but please add tahdig to your menu 😉

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything came out just right and exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. The manager, Shabnam, was very kind and professional—she made sure everything was perfect and checked in to see that we were enjoying our meal. Her warm attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Great experience at Chef Reza! Our server, Shabnam, was incredibly attentive and created a wonderful ambiance. We were celebrating a birthday and they graciously plated our cake (for free) and served us tea.
