Excellent cakes with the rudest staff. Our friends and family have shopped here for over 15 years and we keep coming back for the taste but my God such a shame that somewhere with such wonderful tasting cakes has such bad customer service. If you ask them questions they roll their eyes and answer aggressively or answer agitated. You’d think a business doing so well would have less bitter staff. Quite sad.

We visited Chocolada for the first time and had such a wonderful experience! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed, and to our surprise, they gave us a free box of pastries such a kind gesture!
The pastries were absolutely delicious. Even though it’s been almost a week and we’ve been enjoying them little by little, they’re still fresh and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite.
The shop itself is clean, cozy, and has a really positive atmosphere. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated as customers.
Thank you so much to the lovely team at Chocolada for making our first visit so sweet we’ll definitely be coming back and becoming regulars! ❤️

This is one of the best cake stores in Toronto. European quality cakes and pastries - always super fresh; knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff. The owner is a real lady. Last time when I bought a cake from her the weather was hot outside and she was worried about my 15 min drive home and she offered- free of charge - ice packs to put around my cake. On other occasions, when I go there with my grandkids, they give my grandkids free treats. They treat you not only with excellent products but also with warmth. PS: Try their profiterole tower cake - it is a dream!
