Went there with my friend. Ordered their paneer biryani. The biryani was flavour full, fresh, quantity was good. Our server bindu was excellent. She was quick and fun to deal with. Overall a real good experience.

Just took order from Chowrasta. I am laughing at the quantity of raita they gave me for 4 bucks freakin 2 spoons of raita lol.

We visit chowrasta on every Sunday and also on all festivals. Food is very tasty. There is a gentleman by name Mr. Naga Sai, who provides excellent customer service. Mr. Sai can enlighten you on the spice levels, food combinations and the nutrition value of all food items. Very professional approach to all aspects of restaurant business. We recommend Chowrasta to all our friends who have a good taste for Indian food and variety.

Ordered malai chicken tikka and got dry chicken covered in spices only also those pieces were small and so dry with few onion rings inside. Garlic naan were too dry. I also ordered gobi aloo mutter and I got 2 tiny piece of gobi. Mostly mutter and aloo and only gravy. They gave me half hour of time i arrived on time and it ended up to 55 minutes of wait. Bill was 50$ almost with 50 minutes of wait and poor food quality and quantity. I do not recommend if you want food with good quality and with good customer service specially for time.

To the owner,If you are reading this, this is especially for you. I have been to this place for quite a few times and I must say my hopes and expectations got lesser each time to a point that I would never come here again.Initially it was a good place to dine in. But lately since the past one year it has been terrible.To begin with I came here on a lazy Sunday evening and we were the only patrons who were dining in. There was absolutely nobody to be seen until I ringed a bell and the server appeared. We took a place at the table on our own which was unclean and we asked him to clean the table for us.As shown in the images there were Atleast 4 other tables which had plates full of leftovers, probably people would have dined in earlier but the plates lied there unnoticed by any staff. To my surprise the tables weren’t cleaned until we got out of the restaurant after having our food.The server needs to be trained thoroughly, he gave me an unclean plate which was replaced on request. Everything needs to be told to the person in particular to be done. When you ask or tell him something all he does is nod his head and we have to figure out the rest on our own. He doesn’t even care to take any food order until called upon. Incomplete orders, hiding around in the kitchen, not showing up for elongated times are some specialities here now. I’m writing this after three same experiences while dining in. The food was nothing but mediocre which was not the case earlier when you opened up.All in all- your staff and management is sinking the ship,

They have changed the chef and that has caused me downgrading my review from 5 star to 3 star.Terrible and extra sour-soicy food received last night in dinner, same taste for 4 different plates. we tried fish l, shrimps, chicken and veg.

We ordered a family pack Ghee Roast Mutton Biryani and a Chicken 65 Biryani. It was an expensive order for a gathering.The Ghee Roast Biryani was BELOW EXPECTATIONS, DRY and the mutton quality was very AVERAGE. For the whopping cost, I did not expect such substandard quality and taste.The Chicken 65 biryani was somewhat good but they ruined it by making it EXTRA SPICY, despite being told that we wanted MEDIUM SPICY. The spice overtook the flavor and it was difficult to enjoy.All in all the food at our gathering was a total flop. Waste of money and food. Felt awful having to dispose some of it. I wish I could return it to the restaurant instead of taking the responsibility of disposing food.
