Ordered a Brown Sugar Pearl Latte. It tasted fine but I wish I could get this with no ice. But their cups at this specific Coco is extremely fragile. It literally broke after I put it on the table with no force.

Poor customer service. Punch in my phone number to check in the guy did not give me point. When I asked him for th point he freaking roll his eyes. Telling me I'm annoying. He said he will give me point after he made the drink. When my drink is ready another gave me the drink. I asked another guy for point. The other asked me if I key my phone Number I said yes but guy A didn't give me point . Guy A was making drink gave me the same face and said I'm making drinks that when I cannot give you point . It was just a simple thing when did he make it so difficult. Just ask guy b to give me the point. I don't have wait for that attitude guy to give me point. What kind of service is this. I don't deserve this kind of service at all.

This is not the first time I've encountered this problem. The straw softens too quickly and the pearls in the milk tea cannot be sucked out at all. Paper straws are environmentally friendly, but they quickly soften, cannot be washed, and cannot even absorb liquids.

I ordered “3 guys” and it comes with pearls, grass jelly and pudding for toppings. I requested for them to not put any pearls in it and I would like to mention that I didn’t ask for extra toppings either I just wanted my drink to exclude the pearls. The staff told me they couldn’t do that, citing store policy. One staff member seemed more concerned about losing his job than helping, and another looked like he hated being there. Overall, this location has poor customer service and lack of understanding the English language. I won’t be returning.
