Although I asked for brown sugar milk tea, there was no brown sugar syrup. First of all the workers are not wearing a cap when making the drinks, second of all they put less milk powder which does not meet the standard requirements.

This is probably one of THE BEST boba shops I’ve been to. I usually order a medium milk tea with an extra order of tapioca. Overall, it’s a very place or bubble tea👍👍

Absolutely loved the Bubble Gaga, it was amazing!! A must-try! I recommend getting 70% sugar, it hits the perfect sweet spot. I'm a huge fan of pearls, and the ones here are super chewy and bouncy, 10/10⭐⭐⭐ Also, the guy making the drinks was really skilled and quick with the shake👍🏻

Ordered a Brown Sugar Pearl Latte. It tasted fine but I wish I could get this with no ice. But their cups at this specific Coco is extremely fragile. It literally broke after I put it on the table with no force.

I bought the L. Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothise and found an unknown orange plastic thread in my drink. This drink has a lot of toppings and I accidentally drank some of it. Could you please pay attention to hygiene?

Horrible customer service. Go to any other coco location but this one. They are not accommodating to its customers and their restrictions. Please retrain your staff.
Poor customer service. Punch in my phone number to check in the guy did not give me point. When I asked him for th point he freaking roll his eyes. Telling me I'm annoying. He said he will give me point after he made the drink. When my drink is ready another gave me the drink. I asked another guy for point. The other asked me if I key my phone Number I said yes but guy A didn't give me point . Guy A was making drink gave me the same face and said I'm making drinks that when I cannot give you point . It was just a simple thing when did he make it so difficult. Just ask guy b to give me the point. I don't have wait for that attitude guy to give me point. What kind of service is this. I don't deserve this kind of service at all.
