The tapioca and the pudding in my drinks tastes like they were made yesterday. Everything was stuck together. Never had this experience with any other CoCo.

The manager Yuki is extremely rude. I spent $50 on drinks and they were all made poorly. Please train your staff and stop frowning when customers come in. Can't even do the bare minimum.

The worker who served us was a terrible person. She was racist toward us. I wish that coco would do a check on their employees because every other branch aside from this one was great. What a shame. Don't go here if you want to have a good day. Ruined our night.

It’s probably the worst branch i’ve been to. Usually the service is fine but today two of the servers were awful. Ordered a drink that was overfilled, not made properly and didn’t taste like what i ordered (like other reviewers mentioned it was watered down!). I go back to the store to calmly explain the situation and all i’m given are excuses that were not relevant. Things like how the toppings meant I got “less drink” (what does that have to do with taste?) or the “ice must have melted” when I JUST GOT THE DRINK. So ridiculous. They wouldn’t refund me and I had to argue with them to at least make me another drink (although apparently they ran out of the toppings I wanted and I had to get something else).It’s not my first time getting bubble tea! I know what it’s supposed to taste like. With the high prices you would expect to get better service and quality drinks.Won’t be coming again and I suggest you don’t either!

I should have asked for a refund or left but I bought 2 drinks for $15, and they have seats inside. Asked if they have a washroom and they just said no, I don’t know why we don’t have one. Poor customer service and won’t be going back. If you don’t let customers use the washroom then why have seats? Then I was first I line and then had to wait 15 minutes because their machine broke ?… “no washroom” here but wait 15 minutes because our machine is broken taped up my drink and said sorry it might spill?? WOW is all I have to say! Don’t own a business if you don’t understand customer service.

It had been more than a year since I ordered from this bubble tea store and today’s experience was great!I had issue with my app and the employee was more than willing to fix it for me.Everything was great including the bubble teas, just the store seemed little warm to be comfortable.

My daughter and son came to the shop and went in as I waited outside with my dog, but then they came back out with nothing. I went in to check and they said that my daughter showed them a different page while she didn’t and it was the exact same page. He accused her of changing the page. This whole time his tone was awful and mean. My children love Coco but this unacceptable.
