Dairy Queen (Treat)

Waste $8 to buy a cup of oero soup, and wait 5 min for staff come out to take an order... Their ice cream doesn't hold its shape at all, it melts into liquid within a min.. not sure its dp suck or just this location.

Should have read the other Google review, this location would not let me use my reward points on the app and when the cashier suggested to order online.. found out this store doenst accept online ordering

Really disappointing that suddenly this location isn't a participating location for me to use my $2 Blizzard coupon when I've used other coupons in the past. Guess I won't bother coming here anymore. In addition, you apparently can't use credit or debit if your order is below $5 when specifically when using coupons (though I couldn't use my coupon anyway). Over $8 for a small Blizzard is unconscionable anyway, so I left.

Edit: I'm not sure why DQ bothered replying to me and having me fill out a form when their response was just "each franchise can do what they want". I'm done with this location and the inconsistency.

My son and I saw your ad on TV for the $2.00 Blizzard, we decided to go get one, unfortunately we were disappointed as we were advised that this store is not participating in the $2.00 Blizzard special that is advertised online and TV. Not sure why this store would not participate, as I’m sure the advertising is included in their franchise fees. We left the store, went to a local competitor and enjoyed our purchase!! Upon reading view's from others, it seems that we were not the only one's that this happened to. Due to our experience and reading the other reviews, my family has no plans to return to this location.

Another unhappy customer with this location. There always seems to be an excuse as to why they can't accommodate app-related promos. First they've said that their system was down, this time we were flat out told that this location does not participate in them. Not only do they BS their customers, they charge more for items than other locations do. Do yourself a favour and avoid this DQ location! My wife and I will never be coming back!

We visited in response to the $2 blizzard promotion. After waiting for service we were told that this particular store is not accepting that coupon. There was no sign inside the store saying that they were not participating.

We have used coupons at this location previously without issue. They are accepting some of the coupons from the current promotion but not the blizzard coupon.

In the future I don't think that I will waste my time or gas to visit this store.

The store should either participate in all of the promotions or none of them.

Bad experience. I went with my family for the $2 blizzard promo advertised on their app. They would not accept the app coupon even though they’ve accepted other coupons from me in the past. There was no sign in store or anything in the app that said this location was not participating. Very disappointed. They wanted over $7 for each blizzard instead! Bait and switch

Disappointed. Was told by the server the manager has told them not to accept any app promotions. Will not be going back. (And yes I am a regular visitor who spends a lot of money at DQ)
