The food is AMAZING! The atmosphere is nice and is kids friendly! When it’s crowded you may need to wait more than usual to ask for something you want. Overall we love it.

We had the grate time and food last night, we have order mixed barbeque for 4, amaizing mixed of kebab and vry delicious. Our Customer service named I think Gultan she was very nice, helpful and humble. Thank you all staff to make our night memorable.??

I recently dined there and was disappointed by a few aspects. They did not offer raki, which I consider essential for an authentic Turkish experience. The menu is strictly halal, and it was not mentioned earlier on the signs of the restaurant. Halal meat raises animal welfare concerns specially about painless slaughter, as halal meat should be slaughtered by hand. Additionally, their Adana kebab smells like raw beef fat, they forgot to serve my ayran and there were no sweeteners like Spelenda or stevia available for tea, the waitress didn't even know what "sweetener" means. There is also too much light in the restaurant which doesn't let you have a calm dining experience. Overall, it was not what I expected from a Turkish restaurant and didn't remind me of my good memories from Istanbul.

One of the best Turkish Restaurant in town. Love the ambiance, the service, the food and price is right for the portion they serve. Got Mix Kebab for 4. Their Efendi Lamb chops are the best and Adana kebabs were so tender and juicy. Came in sizzling butter!
I highly recommend this restaurant!

So we went to meet my fiance's brother, 4 people, ordered 4 meals , ordered some Turkish sweets, they brought the sweet and after 2 min they asked us to move to a different table saying our table for 6 people? That's just bad customer service

The food was average. The service was disrespectful. We had a table of 4 with each person ordering a meal worth $30+, with tea, then had 3 desserts worth over $11. The servers were not at all graceful or gentle in their delivery or cleaning of the table. Upon bringing us the desserts, we were informed that a group of 6 is awaiting a table and that we are sitting at a table of 6. We were there for a bit over 1 hour at that point and arrived close to 6pm for a reservation. It was a rounded booth... We promptly paid and left. This experience definitely left some negative emotions. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this franchise of restaurants to dine. Quite disappointing.

We planned to have a brunch gathering in their Bayview location. After visiting the place and talking to the floor manager and chef zaki himself we made our reservations and paid the deposit. We received a message that the manager is changed and they asked us to make changes to our original reservation or pay more than what we have booked the brunch for. We had to change the location of our gathering with a short notice to all our guests which was very stressful. Apparently they are not ready for a big group reception or have no respect for the bookings that was officially made with them
