Best restaurant in town to try a variety of Persian cuisine.. I had an amazing experience at Farahi Shandiz every time I’ve been there. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend this place.
The best koobideh kebab you can find in Toronto, along with incredibly delicious haleem that is truly exceptional. This is a restaurant of very high quality. I have tried all the restaurants in Toronto, but none can compete with this one. The chef is truly outstanding, and the quality is top-notch.
Farahi Shandiz Kabab offers a truly disappointing experience, featuring the worst possible koobide and jooje kabab and over cooked possibly previously frozen gheimeh badenjan. Every meal promises more regrets than satisfaction, waitress and servers were nice and friendly Not recommended

Their quantity in each serving is enough for even two man , but apparently they shaved their quality to keep their business alive!! Their kebab KOOBIDEH was amazing last year , it was real and like as Iranian KOOBIDEH a mix of veal and lamb in even scope but Now their KOOBIDEH is terrible!!! It’s like than you order a chewing steak!! I told them the day after, I won’t recommend this restaurant anymore, waste of money .

I recently dined at Farahi Shandiz, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed. The Soltani was absolutely outstanding—definitely the highlight of the meal. The Kabab Barg was so tender that it practically melted in my mouth, and the koobide was cooked to perfection.
What I appreciate most is that the dishes are neither oily nor have any unpleasant odors, which can sometimes be an issue with kabobs. The food here is truly some of the best you can find.
I've visited before for chicken and rice, but I have to say the Soltani has secured its place as the standout dish in Toronto. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to find a traditional food from Esfahan, but that’s the worst experience l’ve ever had. It was so oily and raw? . I ordered ayran and agin it was so salty. I didn’t recommend it never ever ??
I have ordered from here several times, but this time I tried the chicken, it was very bad and the chicken was undercooked, and I suggest you never try this chicken.

In a plaza and area filled with similar offerings, we took a chance on this establishment and were not disappointed. One of the best Persian food joints I've been to period! I'm a big fan of the kashk-e-bademjan, would recommend it here. Also, both the chicken stew and kebabs were well flavoured. The quantities are large, think US portion size, so beware! Going back for sure
