Great place if you want to enjoy real Vietnamese buns and traditional-style coffee. I’m so glad I finally found a spot like this close to me!

They changed their container. The medium is the small before. And they don’t fully fill the container and they put more ice. Not worth the price anymore.

Just went today. The tea is way different now and it took 40 minutes for them to make 1 drink. You guys should hire more staff so it doesnt take you forever to make a simple drink

SOOOO GOOOODD! MANGO SAGO CREAMY, ICE MATCHA LATTE ARE THE DRINKS I’VE TRIED SO FAR AND ITS SO GOOD! THE DUMPLINGS ARE DELICIOUS AS WELL! 😋

Disappointed in the recent changes to my usual milk tea! Quality's dropped and the serving size is smaller now ,as seen on this picture ⬇️(not fully full) feels like I'm getting less bang for my buck. Hope they reconsider their recipe and portions; I'll be back when it's worth the price again!🤔🥤

I came here with my sister and mom after enjoying a big Korean meal nearby. The store is very clean, the staff were friendly, and the drinks menu has lots of great selections.

I’ll definitely come back to try the Banh Mi next time!

I ordered via ubereats and I was so excited to try this place out and I grabbed a bubble tea and banhi mi. The banhi mi was fully wrapped and sealed. But when i opened the packaging there were two flies in the wrapping and just flew out. Never ordering form here again

i waited 20 mins for my order, there were only 2 person in the place ordering.

Spent almost 30$ to get 3 bubble tea: Thai milk tea, yakult and kumquat with lemon. Only the Thai milk tea is drinkable. Yakult tastes really funky and kumquat with lemon is very sour.
Don't waste your money here.
And the girl who served us looked like she really doesn't want to be there : (

We visited the store on April 21 at 1 pm. Thanks for offering the credit, but we are from out of town.

Awful service. I got three speciality drinks for my girls and asked for one drip coffee for myself. I asked for no sugar but they gave me a cafe latte which was super sweet and made with some sort of instant coffee powder. It was lukewarm at best. Took them 20 min to make it. When I asked what Happened, I got attitude: “this is not Tim Horton’s” they said! That after paying almost $40 bucks on 4 drinks! The customer service is horrible. They look bothered and never smile. Avoid

It tastes so bad and they raise their prices

I absolutely loved The Mulberry Soda Tea. It had these rehydrated mulberries which had a caramel taste. Never had a soda tea. I definitely will be having another one very soon, possibly a new flavor.

Order Thai milk tea Overpriced and not good at all chatime has better Thai milk tea

Ordered the Strawberry Macchiato and the Royal Thai Coconut, probably the worst bubble tea I've had. Could not even have more than a few sips. Service was not great either.
