GOTCHA Fresh Tea- Thornhill

Awful service. I got three speciality drinks for my girls and asked for one drip coffee for myself. I asked for no sugar but they gave me a cafe latte which was super sweet and made with some sort of instant coffee powder. It was lukewarm at best. Took them 20 min to make it. When I asked what Happened, I got attitude: “this is not Tim Horton’s” they said! That after paying almost $40 bucks on 4 drinks! The customer service is horrible. They look bothered and never smile. Avoid

It tastes so bad and they raise their prices

I absolutely loved The Mulberry Soda Tea. It had these rehydrated mulberries which had a caramel taste. Never had a soda tea. I definitely will be having another one very soon, possibly a new flavor.

Order Thai milk tea Overpriced and not good at all chatime has better Thai milk tea

Ordered the Strawberry Macchiato and the Royal Thai Coconut, probably the worst bubble tea I've had. Could not even have more than a few sips. Service was not great either.

Way too expensive for its low quality drink

Gotcha used to be very good, but their quality over the years has gone downhill ever since.

Their milk teas used to include tapioca pearls, and nowadays they do not. I was in the area today and decided to order a Gotcha Milk Tea with pearls, and I am very disappointed by it.

The pearls tasted like it was made 5+ hours earlier in the day or reheated from the night before. The tea tasted very bland, and watered down. I used to come here whenever I can, but I can now safely say, I will not be coming back anymore.

I honestly have no clue why this place is rated good.

The drinks here are so bad. Literally the worst bubble tea I have ever had in Toronto. They drinks are extremely watered down and you can taste the powder they use for the artificial flavour… Also, the ingredients/toppings don’t taste fresh at all.

I came in around 5:30pm and the place is completely empty. I should have taken it as a sign that no one likes it here. Please save your money and go someone else for bubble tea!

Honestly, I would have rated this a full five star since
I'm a frequent customer but today I was just disappointed with the service.
Normally the service is fine and no problem at all. I asked the lady who was operating the cash if I could get a small avocado slush, and she said yes. I proceeded to pay and waited and they ended up giving me taro. I told the other lady that I ordered avocado slush and she checked the cash register to make sure it was correct but she wanted to charge me extra for the avocado drink. So in conclusion, I ended up getting the taro because there's no way you're going to charge me for a new drink that I didn't even want since I only order one thing on the menu. I don't know whether the communication was unsuccessful but this place could use a little more customer service.
