Halibut House in Thornhill has a very good atmosphere with a big, neat dining saloon that feels comfortable and inviting. The staff are welcoming and attentive, especially Rina, who showed great hospitality and made our visit pleasant.

Customer service was on top!! Gary was so kind and positive. Shout out to him!! Food was delicious, I recommend haddock and fries. Location was clean and good atmosphere. I recommend this place!!

It was 5:15 pm. I ordered a grilled halibut and chips that was done just right. The fish was tender and tasted fresh, and the chips was fried lightly but crispy (how it should be). And the dish was ready just a few minutes after I ordered.

Good portion on both the fish and the chips.

Serving team was friendly and energetic. Server Sabrina was courteous and professional.

It is satisfying for a customer when chain fast food...
