I came here at 2pm on Sept 25 after placing my order online. I come here weekly and order in person so I hoped this meant it would be made by the time I arrived. Instead, the guy behind the counter (dyed hair) slapped my drink together in literally 15 seconds after I got there while not paying attention, at all. It tasted HORRIBLE. I called them to tell them that it was not drinkable at all and he told me to just come back. I'm sorry, do you think I have time to come back to you? How about you just do your job properly the first time if you're going to take customers money. I am now left with something undrinkable and will not come back.

We got the dawn in Kyoto and it was a little disappointing. Couldn't taste much Jasmine or 'Floral tea notes', mango was super sour (August should be in-seaonish) and compensation with extra sugar felt like... We were just drinking... Sugar. With over 10+ other choices in the same Plaza (commerce gate) I would not recommend this tea shop IMHO.

I had a wonderful experience at Hero Tea. The drinks were delicious and freshly made — I especially loved the Treasured Jasper Slush, which had the perfect balance of sweetness and tea flavor. The tapioca pearls were chewy and cooked just right.

Value-wise it's really good but that's where it ends
Got the creme brulee milk tea with 70% sugar and less ice, it tasted really watered down even though I drank it right away.
Quality of the tea is similar to something like chatime. There are a lot of BBT places around the area and this place is just not it unfortunately.
I'm a regular at Hero Tea because they absolutely nail it for oolong tea lovers like myself. When I saw their new Coconut Delight on the menu, I had to give it a try since I'm always drawn to coconut flavors.
They really outdid themselves with this one! The way they've mix the coconut with their signature tea creates this amazing flavor combination that takes both elements to the next level. It's not just coconut-flavored tea, it's a perfectly balanced drink where both flavors complement each other beautifully.
Hero Tea continues to be my go-to spot, and the Coconut Delight is definitely going on my favorites list. Highly recommend for anyone who loves quality tea with creative twists!

I can’t say enough good things about this milk tea spot! First off, their signature brown sugar pearl milk tea is perfect—the pearls are chewy, sweet but not overpowering, and the milk is creamy without being heavy. The staff is super friendly too; they were happy to recommend drinks when I couldn’t decide, and the service was quick even during a busy afternoon.
The shop itself is cozy with cute decor, making it a great place to grab a drink and chill. Plus, they use high-quality ingredients, which you can really taste.
