As someone who’s actually been to Austin and Dallas — let’s get this straight:
Is this 100% Texas BBQ? No.
Is it solid as hell for Toronto? Absolutely.

Brisket’s legit. Sausage has snap. Sides hold their own. It’s not backyard pitmaster level, but for being north of the border? They do it justice.

Yeah, it’s pricey. But that’s not a knock on them — BBQ done right takes time, meat costs are insane, and labor...

The perfect smoke house. Took myn2 boys for a taste of real BBQ. We were blown away with the flavors!
We had a platter for 2 and an orders of ribs.
It was awesome.
The service was welcoming and helpful - and efficient too!
We will be back!
