Kids wanted bubble waffles and seems like most places in Richmond Hill where we live don’t sell it anymore with ice cream so we googled and found this spot - got there at 8:40 only to be told they close at 9pm so can’t make it. No reason - I asked how come still 20mins to close but again reason was we close at 9pm. It was not busy there was no one else there purchasing anything so that was frustrating. Sad but won’t come back here to try anything else. Service is important and even if it was too late maybe just explain to the customer as I don’t know how long it takes to make them. But just reciting time when u have 20mins to close is not really cool. #unhappykids #badservice

Honestly some REALLY good boba. Their small is actually big which I love, good pricing too. I got the strawberry lychee tea with lychee popping boba and it was SO good! Gonna be my new boba spot

always the best service! the place is family owned and everyone is always super welcoming and kind. my favourite bubble tea spot. I always go here for the treble roasted milk tea. Fresh toppings and super flavourful. Prices are very reasonable!

Been here for years and the bubble tea never disappoints. Great prices, quick service, and of course, tasty! I would highly recommend the Brown Sugar drinks.

Got the Honey Milk Tea, it tasted amazing and was made so quickly! I also got the original bubble waffle and that was good too. The place is so cute and there’s board games to play with too. Would definitely visit again to try the various rolled ice creams!
