They probably has the best fried chicken. I love their spicy fried chicken. Very tender and juicy. I got their 3-piece with 2-side combo with drinks. I find their pineapple drink a little too sweet for my liking but I guess it’s better than other soft drinks options. I didn’t like their mashed potato as they tasted artificial. This combo was $22 with tax, a little pricey but their chicken is top tier.

I don't see why the Americans love this chicken . This chicken is no special chicken. It was tasteless chicken. And one more thing. The place was so slow. Sorry America, the chicken was not my favorite. But I do like one of America's chicken chains, and that's Popeyes chicken. I don't eat it that much Popeyes like I used to.

I was at promenade locations last week… it’s been years I haven’t eat Jollibee fried chicken … I was so disappointed with the fried chicken both spicy and regular… the chicken looks so dark inside and smells horrible… taste so bad … I would never eat that Jollibee again… that was the first time I encountered such a disgusting meal…

Surprisingly good food, at a very convenient price. The spicy chicken is tasty but seriously spicy, but we enjoyed the experience.
First time experiance there. Went with grandchildren (had the spaghetti) who did not mind their meal. My wife had chicken meal. I inquired about the hamburgers and was sold by the cashier on a hamburger steak with mushrooms. When I got my meal it was a patty covered with gravy and mushrooms. I expected a hamburger as that is what i had initially inquired about. Went back up talked to a cashier and paid for the yum burger which I was told was a normal burger. The burger was luke warm with a weird sauce (again not told about when i said i wanted a regular burger). Really wish the cashiers could explain what the food actually is you are ordering and inquiring about.Will never return. If you go and have never been be crystal clear on what you want or are getting.

Had the 6 piece bucket of chicken half spicy/half regular with regular fries and a drink. The chicken was good, tasty crispy and just spicy enough. Comes with gravy not that great will skip next time. Better fried chicken than what I have had at other fried chicken fast-food places recently. The service was fast as there wasn't a line up at the time. Lots of place to sit and fit a stroller in as well. Would recommend and will go again.Kid-friendliness: Little booths were you can sit down with kids and stroller friendly
