The service was very slow. I ordered through the drive-thru but ended up having to go inside because the wait was too long. There were only three people working in the kitchen, and no one was at the cash register. Additionally, two employees were sitting in the customer area while seven customers were waiting in the restaurant. This is not the first time I've experienced such bad service; I initially thought it was a fluke, but it has happened again. Also, there is no air conditioning in the restaurant, making it extremely hot inside.

I told them to not give me breast in a 4 peace combo but they put breast in it anyways and then they are arguing with me then then put the peace that was in my box back đalso the chicken was not good and the place is very dirty

The worst KFC in the GTA. Lied to me about the size of a large fries. They put the fries in the small popcorn chicken box and said that KFC changed the container it comes in. They got my order wrong and overcharged me. Because the monitor doesn't work I was unable to view the details of my order until after I paid and recieved the receipt. The staff just don't care and the manager is even worse.
I've reported this to central customer service and will never visit again

I had a disappointing experience at this KFC location. The food wasnât crispy at all, and the quality was below expectations. The soda machine only had Pepsi Zero, which tasted like sugar water with no real flavor â and there was no ice available. Service was very slow, the staff werenât friendly, and the tables were dirty. Overall, not a place Iâd recommend or visit again.

I was really disappointed with my order and the food itself! I ordered 10 pc bucket with large fries and 2 gravy, the chicken was cut into really ting pieces like 1/3 of the size of popeyes or any fried chicken food chain! We waited 15 mins for the chicken to be ready but not worth the wait! Fries is so salty, and fountain drinks are messed up! I took ice tea and water came out from the fountain! Washroom is so dirty! Negative zero score!

Garbage service. Tried to place on order online. Store unavailable at 6pm on a Sunday. Called the store. Girl said theyâre not taking orders right now. Then she hung up on me. I called back and asked what that was about. She seemed very upset for some reason, taking her anger out on a customer.
Good luck to the franchisee/store ownersđ€Ł if you guys proceed like this idk how youâll sustain this store. Find better staff, learn how to run a business. Being rated 3.1 is making a lot of sense. Disgrace to a Canadian business.

This location really needs to try better. Dont just show up for you shift. They serve the food like it's trash. I ordered tacos today and they were just thrown today. One was even half wet and the tortilla was falling apart. Thanks. I was hoping I could post the picture. Because this is so out of bounds and unacceptable.
This is the most dirtiest fast food chain that i ever walk into, If you are hungry avoid this place and stay hungry it is better for your health.

I went in. I ordered fries and a drink. 10 minutes later they served me fries that were definitely more than 10 minutes old, dried out and barely warm. I complained, and they told me to wait there. 5 minutes later they told me to sit down, and another 5 minutes later they served me fries that were overly salted and seasoned. I couldn't eat 1/3 of them before I was absolutely disgusted. I do enjoy KFC fries but this is the first time I've eaten at this location and I don't plan to go back.
