Ordered today on Christmas, online says open, ordering online is allowed. Ordered AND PAID online and went to pick up and the store is closed. They want you to pay in advance for their “safety” but I guess that doesn’t matter when you order and don’t get your food

They delivered the food after 90 minutes, and I thought it was canceled. It was very cold, and even the order was not right. I called them multiple times, but they did not pick up the phone. Avoid this place.

Many times they got my order wrong. Luckily I have made a habit to always check my order before leaving. I don't visit here any more as there are many other KFC restaurants that are much more reliable.

Even the restaurant wasn’t busy they told me to 10 mins more than pickup time for order and they took forever to prepare the order. I waited like 20 mins for the order just got the worse experience with this KFC. I hope they work on it.

I went to this KFC because Google said they close at 12 AM. I arrived at around 11:15 PM, but the doors were already locked and the staff were inside cleaning. I knocked because I wanted to place an order, and one employee came out to tell me they had already closed. I honestly couldn’t understand why they would close early when it clearly shows 12 AM as their closing time.
When I questioned the posted hours, the staff tried to explain something, but it just sounded like excuses and I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

went to drive thru today around 11:40pm. crew and manager refused to take my order of 3 pieace chicken original recipe, due to the store being closed at 12 midnight. this is the worst service having drive-thru available but has restriction to srrve food before closing time.
One of the worst KFC’s ever, first f all the restaurant was very very dirty, the washrooms were awfully dirty (don't even want to get there!!!) Inside of the restaurant there was a homeless guy sleeping!!!!!! Now about the food: One of the worst ever, the color of the fried chicken was dark brown, the smell awfully, the taste very very bad, not fresh, salty and the oil used was not fresh at all, we couldn't eat the food!!! I told the person in charge about all this and even told her that I'm not saying it because of the refund and am just telling you to improve the quality!!! But she said she has not received any complaints by that time!!!!!! I am soooo sooo sorry that KFC is getting there!!!!

One of the dirtiest KFCs i have been to, horrible staff, horrible service, they intentionally give u wrong order, not by mistake but while knowing that it is wrong, i could even hear one of the servers telling the person/manager, the customer explicitly asked for something, and he replied to her in their own language, thats what we will serve, i was thinking poor guy, his order is messed up, didnt know it was mine 🤪 this is absurd honestly, and the person/manager started misbehaving, did not say sorry, did not have any guilt or remore , pathetic service, staff, atmosphere was very dirty, go at your own risk

Completely unedible.. I bit into the drumstick which was my favourite part and it was so dry that it was almost like chicken jerky that you give to your dog. I’ve never had a satisfying experience in this location. I bought 40$worth of food and I’m not one to waste food but i ordered 8pcs of chicken and took two bites of two different chickens and literally threw everything in the garbage, it was unedible. Personally I think KFC HQ should shut the location down immediately!!!

This was the dirtiest KFC I’ve ever been to. There was garbage all over the floor behind the counter, a full garbage bag sitting beside the register, and while I was eating my friend noticed the ceiling was leaking. Even the gravy wasn’t mixed properly. Overall, it was an unacceptable experience.
